In recent years,under the accelerated expansion of urbanization,the increasing job stress on young parents and the prominent problem of alternategeneration education,the development of after school trusteeship education has attracted more and more attention from parents and society.At present,Chinese educational trusteeship model is mainly divided into traditional school trusteeship,profit-making organization trusteeship and public welfare community trusteeship.Different from the previous ones,community trusteeship is an arisen care mode which has inherited the concept essence of traditional one,innovated the development path of youth trusteeship service,effectively improved the status quo of"trusteeship difficulty" of two-worker and migrant families,then let adolescents to achieve healthy growth and diversified development in a safe and familiar community environment However,nowadays,practice time on community education trusteeship in China is short,also the qualifications are insufficient.There are some problems in its process,such as imbalance between supply and demand,low quality of service etc.Under the impetus of government policy,the participation of social work institutes has injected new vitality into community education trusteeship.Exploring how to build a long-term mechanism of"social workers+community"linkage trusteeship mode is the key to overcoming trusteeship barriers and improving service level.Based on the author's four-month internship work experience,and taking Taicang"Colorful Summer Vocation" caring trust project as a microcosm,this paper explores how to maximize the effectiveness of social work participation in community trusteeship service under the current Chinese educational environment,so as to provide lessons for the better development of localization education trusteeship model.This paper mainly divides the research of social work participation in community education trusteeship into the following five parts:The first part is introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research summary on education trusteeship service,and research methods including literature review,questionnaire survey and interview;the second part starts with Taicang education trusteeship environment that analyze the total population and development of youth in Taicang,then study the current situation of local education trusteeship,furthermore,author gives a general introduction to Taicang"Colorful Summer Vocation" caring trust project,and understands its overall framework from conception,plan,preparation to practice.The third part is the focus of this paper,the author specifies implementation that social work organization participates in"Colorful Summer Vocation"caring trust class.Firstly the trusteeship service is studied by using three major social work methods:case study,group study and community study.Then author looks deeper into paticipation ideas,mode and characteristics.Finally,the process of participation should be assessed and reflected,and the results are displayed from three aspects:service indexs,objectives and satisfaction.The forth part,author presents several problems from four parts:govemment,community,social work organization,service object.Correspondingly,the last part puts forward some optimization strategies for the above four aspects.
