The Inspiration Of Adult Autism Care Services And Social Work Intervention In Taipei For Mainland Social Work

Autism,also known as autism,is a congenital brain damage caused by developmental disorder,usually in patients with current social interaction behavior disorder,communication barriers,interest and activity patterns of limited repetitive performance as the standard of diagnosis,the patient population exists in almost all age groups.In the 80 s of last century,the issue of autism was first noticed in china.At present,autism is still a medical problem,can not be completely cured,with the continuous expansion of service needs,in recent years,social work led by professional intervention to become one of the main treatment of autism.In this study,ERG theory and social support theory and the strengths perspective under the guidance of the theory,through field investigation,practice participation,literature analysis,interview and comparative analysis of research methods,respectively,social work agencies in Taiwan area and the mainland area of Taipei city of Wuhan city adult autism patients care and social work intervention path study.Found that the methods of social work group work,carry out and follow up group activities,effectively promote the adult autistic social adaptation ability and communicative ability,relatively speaking,the disabled welfare development started in Taiwan earlier,degree is also high in the adult problems of autistic patients have a set of measures and the complete process of the system has become.Under the placement of specialized agencies,the intervention of professional social work and the development of care services,in the professional service process is more advanced.At present,there are some experiences which can be used for reference in the development of centralized resettlement and self managed care in mainland china.The study found that social work in Taiwan area and the mainland area of basic homo-logy in regional schools,has wider applicability of the overall strategy,through the comparison of adult autism patients on both sides of the social work care intervention strategies,summarize the experience,has a certain role in the promotion of autism treatment and development of disabled welfare adult in mainland China,but also has practical significance for reference for the overall development in the mainland of China,social work and welfare of the disabled.
