Objective: In recent years,a number of studies have suggested that dynamic stretching can effectively avoid the "acute effect" of static stretching appearance.As a very strong movement of speed and explosive power,the volleyball project has appeared the diversity phenomenon of dynamic and static stretching mixed use in the preparation activity.The purpose of this study was to test different stretching(dynamic stretching,static stretching methods the relative indexes of physical fitness(strength,speed,agility and flexibility)of the volleyball players,and observe and verify the immediate effect of the above indexes,from which to obtain the relevant evidence of theoretical hypotheses and put forward theoretical basis for the volleyball project in the preparatory activities of scientific stretching.Significance: Clarifying the working state of the related muscle groups during the static stretching process and the difference of the influence degree of the volleyball players ' explosive force and speed can provide the theoretical basis for constructing the stretching mode of volleyball sports,optimizing the stretching effect of the preparation activities and shortening the time of preparation activities.In order to improve the quality and benefit of the volleyball project preparation,it is of great significance to strive for the outstanding results.Research methods: Select the high-level volleyball players and badminton athletes in Yanshan University as subjects to experiment and demonstrate the hypotheses by means of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.The experimental scheme includes two parts,the intervention scheme(stretching scheme)and the test method.The selection combination of stretching action is based on the common action in the preparation of volleyball match.To test the selection of muscle groups,mainly from the anatomical point of view,according to the muscle groups involved in stretching action and the completion of physical fitness test action involved in the muscle group as the monitoring target.In the end,the subjects were selected to be superior to the femoral rectus(RF),medial femoral muscle(VM),lateral femoral muscle(VL),femoral two head(BF),anterior tibial muscle(TA),medial gastrocnemius(MG)and soleus muscle(MS).The selection of physical fitness test can embody the volleyball special characteristics of Squat jump(CMJ),half meter word movement,longitudinal fork above three actions for evaluation content.After two different forms of stretching experiment,the test methods were used to verify the differences in physical fitness(kinematic index)and EMG characteristics(surface electromyography)by using the method of equal group before and after testing.Results and conclusions:1.In the longitudinal jump and half-meter character movement ability: The dynamic stretching results are better than static stretching and non-stretching test results.The results show that there are some differences in stretching effect between two stretching modes.Dynamic stretching is more suitable for both the speed of vertical jump and fast moving and the nature of explosive action.2.In the flexibility of quality: dynamic,static stretching can improve the athlete's longitudinal fork immediate results(compared with the basic control group),and the two stretching effect of the value and the underlying value of a significant difference.The results show that the two kinds of stretching methods can promote the flexibility.Comparing "Static" with "Dynamic",static stretching is relatively advantageous to improve flexibility,but there is no significant difference between the two,for the special characteristics of the volleyball project can be used to replace the static stretching mode of dynamic stretching.3.In the stretching process: In the selected 4 groups of stretching action experiments,the dynamic stretching group,the static stretching group and the non-stretching control group monitored the discharge timing,duration,integral EMG value and contribution rate of the surface EMG indicators,in addition to the longitudinal fork content,the results show that the dynamic stretching is better than the other two kinds of stretching methods.Especially in the auxiliary part muscle group.The results show that dynamic stretching has more positive significance in raising and increasing the activity of muscle,and it is advantageous to arrange dynamic stretching content in the process of preparing activities.
