| Spiking is the most crucial means of scoring in modern volleyball games.The spiking level of volleyball players is often a significant manifestation to the strength of a team,and the arm-swing spiking speed is the key factor that affects spiking power.So the arm-swing spiking speed is an important part of volleyball players’ special physical quality.So far,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on spiking technique,but there falls a bit short in its research on how to improve the special physical training on the arm-swing spiking speed.Therefore,this paper is aimed at combining the new instrument CORMAX Terminal Released Training Frame,and does the intervention training to the volleyball special students by means of the terminal released training method and the general resistance strength training method.Through comparing the two training methods’ effect on the athletes’ arm-swing spiking speed to test the actual impact of the terminal released training on that speed of athletes,so as to provide more valuable reference and basis for volleyball special students in the future physical training.This study uses research methods such as literature data,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.It simultaneously chooses 12 athletes from the men volleyball team,who are of the grade 2017,College of Education,Beijing Sports University,to be randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group for 8 weeks of strength training which maintains twice a week.The experimental group carries on the terminal released training method,and the control group implements the general resistance training method.After that,the result of statistical analysis which is made on the in-situ arm-swing speed data and the relevant indexes of responsive spiking arm-swing speed between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment are as follows.1.Both the terminal released training and the general resistance strength training have the improving effect on subjects’ arm-swing speed,but the effect of the terminal released training is more obvious.2.In the process of terminal released training,the subjects have the faster training speed and the stronger explosiveness,which can activate more motor nerves and fast muscle fibers to participate in the work in a short time,so as to effectively promote the growth of explosive force of the subjects.3.The terminal released training can increase the consistency of the arm-swing movement of the subjects and enhance the coordination of their bodies.It is beneficial to improve subjects’ arm-swing whipping actions and promote the formation of their correct arm-swing spiking actions.4.The terminal released training for the subjects who have the better strength base has more obvious effect on improving their arm-swing speed,and the general resistance strength training is more conducive to develop the upper limbs swing strength of the subjects. |
