In the country's implementation of the principle of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the Chinese government also attaches great importance to entrepreneurial issues.The government's key support target is the group of college students.However,according to the 2016 China Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Report released by the People's University of China,nearly 90% of college students have the intention to start a business,and 20% have a strong entrepreneurial intention.In 2016,university graduates who started their own businesses accounted for only about 3% of the total number of graduates.In these university startups,the success rate of starting a business is only about 2%.How to improve college students' "startup success rate" has also become one of the hot topics discussed by experts and scholars.Social networks are an important source of people's daily life to provide social resources and social support.Therefore,it is necessary to do a holistic study on the social networks of college students' entrepreneurs so as to better guide them and make them more social capital and social support.Undergraduate entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial process,the social network is an important recourse path and entrepreneurial resources.From the perspective of network function,this paper divides social networks into emotional support,material support,information support and social support.Based on this,it analyzes the actual case list and introduces surveys to investigate the construction and application of entrepreneurial college students' social networks.Then we found that social network support has very important significance.The composition,characteristics,and roles of social networks at different stages of entrepreneurship are also different.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)From the point of view of a start-up company,the role each entrepreneur acquires in social networks is different.Entrepreneurs build emotional support based on trust,enabling entrepreneurs to obtain high-quality material support and information support before starting a business,and the cost is lower.Material support mainly contributes to the acquisition of material resources.Information support is mainly responsible for the acquisition of business resources.Social support mainly contributes to the acquisition of administrative resources.(2)When innovating enterprises are in different entrepreneurial stages,there are also great differences in using social networks.Before startups start their own businesses,emotional support is often used to obtain other supportive networks.Companies in the creation phase need to combine information support and emotional support.In the development period,enterprises need to combine information support and social support.This article further elaborates the correlation between entrepreneurial behaviors of college students and the effectiveness of the final venture,and believes that in different stages of entrepreneurship,the way in which college students obtain entrepreneurial resources is not the same,and there are also large differences in the effectiveness of entrepreneurship obtained in China..The advantage resources of an enterprise will affect the success or failure of its entrepreneurial venture.In the enterprise's entrepreneurial process,the entrepreneur must build and maintain a good social network,so as to tap more key resources for it,which is also the basis for its success.Undergraduates can make full use of their social network resources and find hidden entrepreneurial resources in the creative network so that these resources can be fully utilized to obtain entrepreneurial success.
