Research On The Satir Family Therapy Model Interveing In Psychological Dilemma Of The First Child In The Second Child Family

In this thesis,taking the methods of participant observation & in-depth interview to collect data,based on the theoretical guidance of Satir Model,we use the case work method to carry on professional intervention to the first child,who is trapped in psychological difficulties in a second child family.We carry out the practical work from the following three aspects by putting the personal problem into the native family,focusing on the combination of solving problem and preventing problem,and have achieved a good result.First,to enhance the sense of self-esteem of the protagonist in the case.Starting from letting the protagonist describe his "brother" and "family"",to deepen the connection between service object,his younger brother and the family.And then through a series of activities to simulate the situation,change the self deprecating attitude of protagonist,and give him a rational mature coping style.Finally,by drawing the "self tree" to help the protagonist find their own advantages,tap their own value.By enhancing self-esteem,the protagonist can treat the second child objectively and rationally,have a sense of identity to his position and step out of the psychological difficulties arising from the birth of second children.Second,change the pattern of family communication.The improper communication mode in family is also one of the causes of psychological difficulties.Therefore,we started meeting for 4 times around family communication patterns.Mainly using "meditation" and "family reconstruction" skills of Satir Model to help family members change the negative communication mode.Through the intervention of service,the family members can apply good communication way to life.The atmosphere tends to be equal and harmonious,the emotion of protagonist has been well controlled,and his body and mind are more healthy.Third,reconstruction of new rules in family.The negative rules in family are easy to produce new contradictions.Therefore,we carry out targeted services for three times sticking to the hidden rules in the family.Through the intervention,not only letthe family members fully aware of the existence of family rules,but also try to change the negative rules in family,gradually establish a positive family new regulations to ensure the good continuity of physical & mental health of the protagonist and harmony & stability of family.Through self adjustment,internal consultation,they can properly resolve the possible family problems and individual dilemma in the future.Through the evaluation and summary,the use of the Satir model to intervene in the second child family,not only to help protagonist step out of psychological dilemma,but also to improve the ability of families to resist risks,and to prevent the recurrence of family crisis.The combination of problem solving and prevention is the direction that social workers should pursue.
