Research Of Social Work On The Employment Service Of Urban Disabled Persons

Whether the civilization level of the society reaches a certain level is closely related to the ability of disabled people to have a fair social life.In fact,employment is a basic right for citizens,and it is also closely related to social life.Throughout the country,attention has been paid to the progress of various undertakings including disabled persons' employment services."We will further improve the social security and service system for the disabled and ensure that the interests of the disabled are not violated," it said.But in the actual development process,due to the economic level is not high,the service level to reach a certain level factors,moreover due to the system of the domestic study of this theory is not perfect enough,does not have a deeper research,so domestic problems mount in the disabled employment service.At present,the social work obtained the further development of domestic,foreign development in this field has a wealth of practical experience,in addition it has a perfect discipline system,therefore the domestic professional service can try to improve the deficiency of the disabled employment service.Therefore,the main research direction of this paper is to combine social work and employment service of disabled persons perfectly.Compared with the services provided by the government,social work has many advantages,such as the development concept of helping self-help,the effective use of social resources and so on;In addition,the integration of the two will enable the development of the localization of social work.If the application in this field has achieved good results,it can be extended to other types of services.In this paper,we first consult relevant literature,understand the policy,and understand the content and features of the social support system of urban disabled people in China.Then,through field observation and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the basic situation of urban disabled people's service in China,and summarizes the reasons for the overall low level of employment and low level of employment.In the end,this paper takes the social work mode of case intervention as an example to help the case master analyze the problem and solve the dilemma so that it can have a normal life and employment.The main significance of this inquiry is that it can not only enrich the practical aspects of social work,but also enable the development of localization.Moreover,it can provide corresponding measures for the employment of disabled persons and provide some assistance for theformulation and implementation of government policies.
