Study On Employment Services For Persons With Mild Mental Disabilities In Social Work Intervention

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that employment is the greatest livelihood.In fact,in his report to the 18 th National Congress in 2012,General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out that the social security and service systems for persons with disabilities should be improved to ensure the rights and interests of persons with disabilities.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that employment is the people's livelihood and that priority employment strategies and active employment policies should be adhered to in order to achieve higher quality and fuller employment.Indeed,in the report of the 18 th Congress of the CPC in 2012,General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out the importance of improving the social security and service system for persons with disabilities and ensuring the rights and interests of persons with disabilities.Employment is still the basic way for people with moderate and mild mental retardation to master survival skills,obtain life support,get out of development difficulties and achieve social integration.The solution to this problem will not only help people with moderate or mild mental disabilities to live a better lifeBased on the R mechanism among the existing employment services,sheltered employment,employment support and competitive employment analysis,found that the R mechanism of social workers has some problems in the intervention in employment service mild retarded process such as a limited number of personnel and institutions,work mechanism rigid,single source of funds,lack of social support,work methods are diversified,in addition,there are some objective problems,from the family to the enterprise and to the government,there are some employment services is not conducive to social workers involved in people with mild mental retardation factors.Finally,the author of the present situation from the perspective of social workers and the R mechanism,put forward a series of intervention strategies increase,professional training,strengthen the construction of institution personnel,diversified social work methods,to build a socialist.It will support the network.We should link the employment information and win the support from the government.We hope that through these suggestions,we can enhance the social workers' involvement in the service level of the mild mentally retarded people,and further promote the development o f the employment service for the mentally retarded people in the whole country.
