At present,China has entered the aging society,disabled elderly people as the disadvantaged groups in the elderly,how to help them enjoy their old age,by the community wide concern.At the same time,with the formation of China's old-age homes"421" family structure and highlights the advantages of disability,can produce veteran is a trend for the aged people to choose,how to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly disabled homes started to become the focus of improving the quality of service pension institutions.Therefore,according to the residential status,the use of professional social work methods for the disabled elderly to carry out related services,in order to enhance the self-esteem of disabled elderly homes,improve the quality of service pension,help disabled elderly age.Based on the theory of social construction under the guidance of social workers how to use practical methods to improve disabled elderly self-esteem,first of all,the study uses unstructured interviews,focus groups and participant observation to collect data,the influence factors on the confirmation of self-esteem,the construction team work to promote the welfare of disabled elderly self-esteem demonstrate applicability I choose,analyze the advantages and obstacles exist.Then discussed the specific means of intervention,the factors affecting the sense of self-esteem as the key point of improving self-esteem,and practice,through the practice of model construction group work:establishing cooperation,set goals;shared narrative,find unique results;reconstruction of story,looking forward to the future three stages to improve disabled elderly self-esteem the sense of complete localization practice in the construction of social work.Overall,the construction of group work for the disabled elderly homes to enhance the sense of self-esteem is effective,whether the process of assessment,self-assessment,assessment or through social service object or other staff assessment of three aspects of the evaluation results,the model can get good application of assessment,but not after the departure of social sustainability estimation the effect of the.Through practice,the author believes that the localization of constructive social work is conducive to the improvement of the social work practice model in China,so as to provide services for more people in need.
