Scientific research begins with the problem,including classroom teaching process,students' active learning process starts from the problem.An appropriate and new problems put forward in class by teachers,which is beneficial to arouse students the thinking of,is helpful to arouse the initiative and enthusiasm of students,is beneficial to promote the communication between the teachers and students,is helpful to inspire students' thinking,to arouse the students' creativity,to cultivate students' ability of analyzing and resolving problems.Design is particularly important,therefore,teachers need to improve their understanding of the problem,adjust measures to local conditions,and different person,and design question carefully.Further the quality of teaching in the classroom is improved,and the new system of teaching is constructed.In this paper,through consulting a large number of literature,the researchers found less research on the problems in order to explore the abilities on designing problems of chemistry teachers in middle school,the basic subjects of the research is established and the specific research ideas are formed;By questionnaire survey method,the research status on the problem design of high school chemistry teachers is understood.In view of the existing problems,the developing strategies of problem design of chemistry teachers in the middle school are put forward.This paper the concrete is composed of four chapters,which is the introduction,the second chapter for the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis,the third chapter is about the middle school chemistry teachers design problems of questionnaire survey,the fourth chapter based on the status quo of high school chemistry teacher questions designed capacity to develop strategy.Finally,the conclusion and prospect of the research are expounded.In this paper the abilities of problem design of high school chemistry teacher are researched.The following aspects in detail are explored: the consciousness of the problem of how to improve the design,master the scientific and hierarchy of problem design,create problem situation,self evaluation and reflection.In order to explore the abilities of problem design of chemistry teachers in themiddle school,the following steps are researched,which are problem consciousness(first teachers should have a sense of problem design)-creating problem(according to the problem design on the basis,the source of problems,the solving method of the problems,a series of problems are created)-research on questions(the problems are researched,whether the design problems are consistent with the design principles and cognitive level of students.)-raising problems-evaluation and reflection of problems(the problems designed by themselves are evaluated and reflected after class).A guarantee for the improvement of teaching effect in the middle school is provided by the developing strategies of the problem design of chemistry teachers.
