With the development of society and the improvement of people's living level,early childhood education for preschool children has been generally paid attention worldwide,and solve the problem of insufficient supply of early childhood teachers brook no delay,resulting in a large number of early teacher training institutions.Due to the early teacher training institutions to enter the threshold low,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,Xi'an A early teacher training institutions to survive in the fierce competition in three years,but due to the problem of poor management,training institutions operating performance once fell.Therefore,how to seize the opportunity,meet the challenge,to promote the development of training institutions,has become a key resource management training institutions need to solve the Xi'an A early teachers.To strengthen the research on the development strategy of training institutions,to scientifically formulate development strategies of the training institutions,has very important significance for the long-term development of Xi'an A early teacher training institutions.This paper constructed a strategic model of Xi'an A early teacher training institutions,mainly includes three stages:the stage of strategic analysis,strategic planning and strategy implementation stage.Firstly,according to the characteristics of early teacher's training,the use of PEST,the industrial structure analysis,Potter's five forces model and EFE matrix method to Xi'an A early teacher training institutions in the external environment of strategic analysis,and then from the internal environment of Xi'an A early teacher training institutions in the organization structure,marketing ability,research and development ability,the status of human resource and IFE matrix analysis.To analyze the external and internal environment,were determined by using A as early as teacher training institutions should now adopt reverse strategy WO analysis method of SWOT,and on this basis to determine the A early teacher training institutions should adopt differentiation strategy development strategy to build the core competitiveness.In this paper,based on the guidance of the development strategy,Xi'an A early teacher training institutions will no longer blindly pursue quantity recruit students,but will focus on the different marketing strategies.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy,optimizing the organizational structure,marketing strategy,improve the update research and development ability,strengthen the training,improve the training of kindergarten teachers orga,nizational ability,put forward measures and suggestions,which are of practical guiding significance to the A early development of teachers training mechanism.
