| Given the strong demand exhibited in the early education market,as well as the personalization and diversification trends currently taking place within the industry,it is now worth studying how early education enterprises choose strategies that are best suited to their own resource capabilities.As a new early education enterprise,CH currently faces several flaws in the company’s choice and formulation of its strategies.More specifically,CH’s strategies are not efficiently matched with the company’s own resource ability or the external market environment,which in turn has influenced CH’s development.In light of these,it is now imperative to tailor and implement a more suitable strategy for CH.This paper details which CH strategy is most suitable for further research,and also offers an appropriate strategy that can be used to begin conducting analysis of the external development environment and internal resource ability of CH.These proposals hope to facilitate a more robust development of the company,and provide a point of reference when formulating the strategies of other similar,new early education enterprises.This paper includes a total of six chapters: the first chapter,the introduction,mainly touches on the background significance and main content of this research;the second chapter offers an overview of related theories,mainly introducing the relevant theory of enterprise development strategy,as well as relevant early education theories;the third chapter,CH market operations environment analysis,includes external environment and internal environment analysis;the fourth chapter,CH development strategic planning,utilizes the SWOT framework to analyze available strategic options,to determine optimal strategic positioning and targeting,and to formulate other specific strategies such as chain standardization and marketing differentiation;the fifth chapter details how to ensure the successful implementation of CH’s development strategy;lastly,chapter 6 includes this paper’s research conclusion,future prospects as well as any inadequacies.This paper has arrived at the following conclusions: firstly,using the SWOT framework to analyse the strategic environment of CH,it has become clear that the early education market in which CH sits is currently in a healthy state,and that CH has core competitiveness.This paper is inclined to choose the SO strategy in order for CH to realize its development potential.Therefore,it is believed that CH is strategically positioned for future growth.Secondly,the core of CH’s strategic positioning lies in a combination of the "montessori education concept","chain" and "standardization" characteristics.These three characteristics sit at the core of CH’s strategy;through a comprehensive combination of these three core concepts,CH hopes to realize a gradual expansion from "Chengdu",to "first and second-tier cities",and later to "third and fourth-tier" cities.Lastly,these strategies require active management in CH’s systems,capital,talents,services and risk in order to ensure the most effective implementation of CH’s strategies. |
