Nowadays, our country has entered the new historical period of building a moderately prosperous society. Public concern about education is constantly increasing. Nation rise and fall involves education; educational success is based on teachers. The healthy development of millions of teenagers depends on the quality of teachers, which relates national prospects. However, an effective way to improve the quality of teachers is a continuous professional education. The process of professional capacity development is called professional development by educators. Teacher Professional Development has become the trend in the development of world teacher education, which is also the need and direction of education reform. With the advance of quality education and the reform of elementary education course, the quality of teachers in primary school and middle school has improved obviously。In the current process of teacher professional development, the role of teacher education institutions training teachers in post has increasingly become an important institution. From the study of some early childhood teachers through Yingkou questionnaire,individual interviews,earning of training situation and the status of vocational we found the following issues:the development of child care teachers are low levels.Child care teachers did not become a conscious act; child care professional development of teachers lack good external environment; early childhood teachers lack of training resources; training system reform and development didn't suited to pre-school education; to develop the training of private garden and rural kindergarten teachers. In order to solve these problems, proposed the creation of good atmosphere, professional development for early childhood teachers to provide motivation; strengthen the management of kindergartens for children to create conditions for professional development of teachers; integration of quality resources, build new research and training system; improve training methods and content, innovation and diversification of forms of training; improve and perfect the garden of the training system, to promote kindergarten learning tissue formation; managers and trainers to improve the quality of teacher training in the construction of an efficient security team; the use of modern means of education, building a platform for learning exchanges and other strategies to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers.
