With the development of the society,the number of left behind children is increasing,their Chinese achievements are generally not ideal,especially the left behind children in the low grade of primary school,the low efficiency of phonetic learning,poor quality of memorizing words,low level of reading aloud,poor writing level,weak oral communication ability,and a great question of the development of language ability.Question.In order to solve the above problems,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,case study,questionnaire,interview and field observation.On the basis of previous studies,this paper summarizes the present situation of the development of the language ability of the children left behind in the low grade of primary school,and based on these conditions,the children left behind in the low period are the left behind children.Four aspects of self,low language teachers,schools and families with low left behind children explore ways to promote the development of language ability of children left behind in elementary schools.This article is divided into four parts.The first part discusses the research value and research status of this subject.The second part mainly expounds the related theories of the development of language ability,including the elements and development goals of the language ability of the primary school students,the development characteristics and emphasis of the language ability of the children left behind in the primary school,and the "language ability development theory" and the low language teaching requirements for the development of the language ability of the left behind children.It lays the foundation for the third chapter to objectively present the status quo.The third part presents and analyzes the development status of the language ability of the young left behind children in primary schools-poor effect of phonetic learning,poor quality of memorizing words,low reading level,poor writing level,poor oral communication ability,and low level language teaching in primary schools to promote the developmentof the language ability of the children left behind.The lack of level of language ability of children,the neglect of the language ability evaluation of the low stay children,low expectation of the development of language ability of the low stay children and the motivation of the language ability development motivation of the low stay children,have found many problems in the development of the language ability of the children with low length left behind.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the language ability of the children left behind in the primary school,including four aspects: first,the countermeasures and suggestions for the left behind children themselves,the two is the countermeasures and suggestions to the teaching of the low language teachers,the three is the countermeasures and suggestions to the school,and the four is the left behind children's family.The countermeasures and suggestions put forward by the court and so on.
