The Research Of New Mechanism Of "Trinity" Cooperation Cultivating Of Excellent Teacher

Excellent teacher cultivation program was carried out in September 2014.Establishing a new mechanism of "Trinity" cooperation cultivating of excellent teacher has a great significance for our country cultivating with highly noble ethics,solid professional foundation,education and teaching ability and self-development ability.Education is the foundation of national development in the long run and teacher is the foundation of education.High quality education depends on excellent teachers.So only establish a high level team of excellent teacher can achieve high-quality education.Therefore,researching excellent teacher has a great significance to improve the quality of teacher education in our country.So this research is based on the current excellent middle school teacher reform project,combined with some specific universities’ cases about excellent teacher and attempt to providing some reference in excellent teacher’s cultivating.This study using the literature material method,interview method,field observation research methods to investigate several universities have excellent teacher cultivation program in progress,analyzing the current situation,the achievements and the deficiencies,putting forward some improvement strategies combined with the current development situation.This research is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,starting from the situation of the current teacher education’s development,combined with the domestic and foreign research situation,defining the relevant concepts of this research and making interpretation of the research contents,research ideas and research methods.The second part is the theoretical basis,which explains the theory of supporting the new mechanism of "Trinity" cooperation of excellent teacher.The third part is the theoretical analysis of the new mechanism of "Trinity" cooperation of excellent teacher and expounds the source,composition,operation and value of the new mechanism.The fourth part is display the achievements combined with the concrete practice in the operation of the new mechanism of "Trinity" cooperation cultivating of excellent teacher in some universities.The fifth part is based on the current situation of excellent teacher cultivation program,combined with the universities are investigated,summarizes some common problems existing in the current new mechanism such as the "Trinity" is not enough,the professional theory and practice can’t be developed in a coordinated way and the unbalanced development in different levels and tries to analyze the causes of the problems.The sixth part is about the problems that appear in the process of operation,and puts forward the improvement strategies such as strengthen theoretical research,improved elements and the linkage between universities.
