Research On The Cooperation Opportunity Discovery In The Social Science Field Of The Excellent 9 Based On SSCI

The development of a high level of humanities and social sciences is the direction of science and engineering universities in seeking breakthroughs in the construction of first-rate universities and world-renowned high-level universities.The collaboration of scientific research teams can effectively promote the production of scientific achievements,and exploring the potential cooperation of Excellent 9 contributes to developing better cooperative relationship and producing better scientific research results,which has certain enlightenment and reference significance for universities and scientific researchers to seek cooperation and scientific research management.The existing research on the discovery of potential cooperative opportunities has some shortcomings,such as single object of study and limited focus on accuracy.Therefore,this paper seeks the possibility of academic exchanges among institutions and explores the basis of cooperation in the field of Social Sciences in Excellent 9 from the perspective of institutional cooperation.The potential cooperation opportunities between universities is conducted by comparing the differences of scientific research development with the help of information vector and link prediction model.Firstly,this paper makes a statistical analysis of distribution of cooperative organizations,disciplines,keywords and High-yielding authors of SSCI social science papers from 2007-2016,and draws the characteristics of the overall development of Social Science in universities.Based on this background,20 universities at home and abroad are selected as potential partners,and the information vector model and link prediction weighted model are constructed.In the cooperative discovery section,the first step is conducted in the analyze of cooperation opportunities by means of information vector model,and the potential cooperative results within E9 is obtained.The second step is conducted in the discovery of potential cooperation opportunities between E9 and 20 universities at home and abroad,getting the potential value of cooperation with the help of cooperative networks in conjunction with the interest input network model of universities.Finally,relevant suggestions combining with the potential cooperation motivation and potential cooperation direction are put forward for universities and scientific researchers to use potential cooperation information carrying out scientific research cooperation.
