| At the National Education Conference in 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed for the first time that education is a major project of the country and the Party,placing education at an unprecedented height.It is emphasized that the work goal is to unite people’s hearts,improve personality,develop human resources,cultivate talents and benefit the people,cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,accelerate the modernization of education,build a strong educational country and run education to the satisfaction of the people.The development of school physical education has attracted more opportunities and challenges under the background of physical education reform at the present stage.Both teaching ideas and teaching models are constantly reformed and innovated."Flipped classroom" teaching mode is born in this context,but it is slightly insufficient in the research of new physical education teaching mode."Flipped classroom" teaching mode reverses the order of learning in class and practice after class,gives full play to students’ autonomous learning ability and fully reflects students’ dominant position.It not only effectively changes the traditional teacher role of "Teacher centered",transforms students’ learning into a process of self absorption,and effectively guides students to master effective learning methods in the classroom,so as to realize the innovation of traditional physical education and health teaching mode.This paper takes the flipped classroom teaching mode as the research object,and selects 72 students in Grade 7 of Wenqing experimental school in Zhanggong District,Ganzhou City as the teaching experimental object.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics to study,and divides them into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopts the "flipped classroom" teaching mode,and the control group adopts the traditional physical education teaching mode,from the aspects of body shape,body function The effectiveness of flipped classroom teaching mode is tested in seven dimensions:physical quality,basketball shooting technology,learning interest,emotional performance and cooperative spirit.The results obtained through SPSS analysis are as follows:(1)In terms of body shape,physical function and physical quality,the P values of the experimental group and the control group after the teaching experiment were >0.05,and there was no significant difference.(2)In terms of basketball shooting test hit rate,after the teaching experiment,the p value of the experimental group and the control group,P< 0.05,which proves that there is a significant difference in shooting hit rate.(3)In terms of basketball shooting motivation and technical evaluation results,after the teaching experiment,the p value of the experimental group and the control group,P< 0.05,which proves that there is a significant difference in shooting motivation and technical evaluation.(4)In terms of students’ learning interest,the data of the experimental group before and after the experiment are compared and analyzed,P < 0.05,which proves that there are significant differences in students’ learning interest before and after the teaching experiment in the experimental group;The comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment in the control group,P > 0.05,proves that there is no significant difference in students’ learning interest before and after the experiment in the control group;The comparative analysis of the data after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group shows that there is a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(5)In terms of students’ affective performance and cooperative spirit,the data of the experimental group before and after the experiment are compared and analyzed,P< 0.05,which proves that there are significant differences in students’ affective performance and cooperative spirit before and after the teaching experiment in the experimental group;The comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment in the control group,P > 0.05,proves that there is no significant difference in the emotional performance and cooperative spirit of the students in the control group before and after the experiment;The comparative analysis of the data after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group,P < 0.05,proves that there are significant differences between the two groups in terms of emotional performance and cooperative spirit.The following conclusions were drawn form the results:(1)In terms of body shape,physical function and physical quality,the comparative analysis of the test data before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group shows that no matter whether the "flipped classroom" teaching mode or the traditional physical education teaching mode is adopted in basketball teaching,it can not effectively improve the dimension of students’ physical health in a short time,and there is no obvious change.(2)The comparison of shooting skill between the two groups shows that there is a more significant difference in the shooting skill of the traditional shooting teaching mode than that of the traditional shooting teaching mode,which is helpful to improve the shooting skill of the two groups in the classroom teaching.(3)In terms of learning interest,there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the dimensions of learning enthusiasm and sports attention,which shows that the "flipped classroom" teaching mode in basketball teaching can more effectively improve students’ sports learning interest than the traditional sports teaching mode.(4)In the aspect of cultivating students’ cooperative spirit and cooperative spirit,the experimental group can improve the students’ positive performance in the teaching dimension of "solidarity" and "cooperation" than the traditional teaching model.(5)The "flipped classroom" teaching mode is closely related to the physical education teaching mode combining the Internet and big data.It skillfully combines the teaching content,information technology and learning resources,constructs a coordinated and unified teaching structure system,improves the learning effect of the whole students,and uses the technical teaching means of big data to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode. |
