Higher vocational education is an important part of national higher education.Due to the special geographical location of Yunnan Province,its higher vocational sports education is far behind other provinces.This paper takes the status quo of physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province as the research object.Using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method,15 high vocational colleges with certain characteristics within the jurisdiction of Yunnan Province were studied in depth.By comparing and analyzing the differences in the physical education teachers' team changes,physical education curriculum changes,student sports activities and cognitive changes in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province before and after the implementation of the policy,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After the implementation of the policy,although the construction of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province has not reached the ideal state,all higher vocational colleges have begun to pay attention to the academic qualifications introduced by physical education teachers.In recent years,the basic requirements have masters and above.Education.Due to the age of the professional title structure,the number of associate professors and professors is still scarce,and there has been no significant change.(2)After the promulgation and implementation of the policy,the higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province have continued to grow and develop,and the enrollment ratio has been increasing.This has brought about problems such as imbalance between teachers and students,inadequate venue facilities,and huge workload of teachers.They are aware of the seriousness of the problem and have introduced a series of planning and coping strategies in the school.The effect is more significant.(3)After the promulgation and implementation of the policy,the physical education curriculum of higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province has basically changed.In the past,the teacher-led,single-activity activities,regardless of student needs and professional needs,only to enhance the physique of students,some schools have begun to establish School-based physical education curriculum adapted to the development of the times and suitable for professional characteristics;in the arrangement of curriculum content,all higher vocational colleges have paid attention to the diversification of teaching content,and increased the curriculum and training content for the professional characteristics and professional characteristics of vocational students;Actively introduce Internet technologies such as“smart campus”in teaching methods and means,extending from simple offline teaching to online and offline simultaneous teaching,enriching students' access to knowledge and skills,greatly enhancing students' interest in learning..(4)After the promulgation and implementation of the policy,some higher vocational colleges are still affected by the school area and funding input,resulting in problems such as insufficient site facilities,and the extracurricular activities cannot be carried out on a large scale,but they have been implemented in accordance with policies and actively coordinated.Let students participate more in extracurricular sports activities;in the investment of sports funds and the construction of sports facilities,although the proportion is small,it has been improved.According to the current situation of physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province,the following countermeasures are proposed.(1)Improve the school sports mechanism and system,encourage young physical education teachers to actively explore and optimize the structure of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges.(2)Pay attention to students' sports activities,appropriately increase investment in sports funds,improve the current situation of inadequate facilities and facilities,and sports environment after school.(3)Purchase modern test equipment,improve the student's physical fitness test work,reduce the workload of physical education teachers,and complete the test work with quality and quantity.
