With the rapid development of economy,environmental problems are increasingly serious,people also more and more attention to the health issue,because of the influence of the fog weather of linfen,allowing more of the teens chose the indoor sports.In this situation,the youth badminton training institution of linfen city has created a good environment for the teenagers who love badminton in linfen city.This study through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics methods such as parents of teenagers badminton training institutions of linfen coaches and students with questionnaire and interviews,and relevant experts to linfen city youth badminton training organization development present situation and influence factors were studied,put forward some countermeasures for developing the juvenile badminton training institutions of linfen.Through investigation and research conclusions: 1,based on the current situation of the development of training institutions and business situation survey,basic in the gym,badminton training institutions of linfen school and central place such as open classes,the number of field training institutions in six basic pieces of the following;In terms of registration,only one of the training institutions of the badminton club of youth badminton club is registered with the municipal culture bureau.2.According to the survey of coaches,the number of female coaches is much less than that of male coaches.At the level of badminton sport,many coaches have no athletic level.Teaching method of the coaches are mainly composed of sports college students,the coaches are general training plan according to their own practical experience,and as the main content of the training session is the body’s quality training,teaching motivation is the main coaches in order to increase their income.3.From the parents’ survey,the parents’ education background is generally concentrated in the undergraduate and junior college,and the family monthly income is the most with 5001-7000 yuan.The students parents access to the information badminton training institutions,the first is through the others introduction,second is from the Internet,through the propaganda banners and leaflets for training information at the bottom.4,from the point of studentsinvestigate the situation,number of male students and female students are not many,the frequency of students to participate in the badminton training basically in a week or two,most of the students to participate in the badminton training of life within a year,according to the student to participate in the badminton training after feeling in sports skills and physical quality,school sports achievements harvest is very large,and in the interpersonal communication skills,mental health and character feels less harvest generally or harvest.5.There are five factors influencing the development of youth badminton training institutions in linfen city,including comprehensive factor,management factor,coach factor,student factor and curriculum factor.6.The following countermeasures are proposed for the development status of the junior badminton training institutions in Linyi City: to promote the development of training institutions with scientific management,to standardize;to promote the development of training institutions with the concept of “Internet +” to be intelligent;to develop the quality and quantity of coaches simultaneously The development of training institutions tends to be rationalized;with the help of media and other platforms,the promotion of training institutions is becoming more diversified;the teaching content of innovation-led training institutions tends to be diversified;and the service quality of the training promotion institutions is refined through detailed management.
