Research On The Satisfaction Survey And Countermeasures Of Badminton Training In Beijing Teenagers

Badminton is the traditional dominant sport in China.With the improvement of living standards and parents is becoming more and more attention for the next generation of physical quality,badminton this interesting,entertaining,ornamental,keeping fit,which integrates sports has become a youth physical fitness,rich life,improve the body quality is one of the most popular activities.Badminton training institutions also responded,becoming the first choice for teenagers to participate in badminton activities.At the same time,the satisfaction of young students participating in badminton training has become an important reference factor for the development and expansion of training institutions.In this paper,the Beijing youth to participate in the badminton training satisfaction as the research object,USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis of the Beijing youth to participate in the badminton training satisfaction survey,according to the basic situation of the club,teacher services,management services,facilities services index and index were analyzed to assess the teaching service.The results are as follows:1.The younger students for four level indicators of satisfaction is the highest average management service indicator,the other three in turn is service,service facilities and teaching service indicators.2.Youth student to teacher service index satisfaction degree to the professional skill level of the coaches and organize teaching ability degree of satisfaction is higher,the teaching style,teaching instrument,teaching methods or means satisfaction is relatively low.3.Teenagers' satisfaction with the service index of facilities is relatively high,which has a low satisfaction with the number of venues and the teaching environment.There are fewer venues for training,the students are crowded,and the teaching environment around the training is more common.4.Youth students take part in training class,class time length and frequency have different time period,are to be more selective,so the younger students to manage service indicators of class time length and frequency of training time,training,training expenses of satisfaction is relatively high,but thetraining content and training outline don't understand.5.Training institutions,pay attention to the cultivation of the students badminton skills for adolescents,but the will quality,body quality and practical ability,interest and other aspects of inadequate training,so the younger students in the teaching service satisfaction evaluation index,to improve the technology level of satisfaction is higher than the quality of cultivating and enhancing the physical quality and practical ability to improve satisfaction,interest cultivation.
