With the rapid development of Internet,the pace of life speeds up.The ability to get and analyse information becomes increasingly necessary for everyone.Under the background of information age,the non-continuous text gradually catches the eye of international assessment system and domestic Chinese language education field.Education aims to make students learn to live better.Only with the ability to get information needed quickly,the students can effectively solve the problems in daily life.The non-continuous text obviously has a great advantage in exercising students' ability to extract information and analyze information.However,it's unclear whether teachers and students have paid attention to the non-continuous text,whether students have acquired reading methods,or whether they have certain reading ability.Besides,we still need to explore what problems still exist in non-continuous text reading teaching and how to solve these problems.Based on the literature review of related references about non-continuous text,the paper introduces the research status of non-continuous text,and defines the concept of noncontinuous text in combination with the definition method in logic,which provides support for later research.Then the questionnaire is designed based on six aspects,including students' understanding of non-continuous text,students' interest in non-continuous text in life and study,the importance of non-continuous text reading in students' life and study,students' time distribution and application of non-continuous text,teachers' instruction to students about non-continuous text reading,the students' expectation to the teachers' noncontinuous text reading teaching.At the same time,in conjunction with the questionnaire,the teacher interview method is used and the teacher interview syllabus is designed in order to learn the current situation of non-continuous text reading teaching comprehensively from both students and teachers.Through collecting,sorting,and analyzing the statistics,and collating the results of teacher interviews into a text version,after careful study,it was found that the following problems still exist in the non-continuous text reading teaching: In "Chinese Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)" the reading requirements for non-continuous text lack specific operability;students and teachers pay little attention to non-continuous text reading;students lack guidance on non-continuous text reading methods;and teachers lack relevant training;there is also a lack of courses about noncontinuous text reading.In order to improve students' ability of non-continuous text reading,make them adapt the information age,improve their ability to extract information and analyze information,and promote the professional development of Chinese language teachers,more attention should be paid to non-continuous text reading teaching.Furthermore,Chinese language teachers needs non-continuous text reading teaching training.Related lectures should be organized to detail the requirements for non-continuous text reading teaching,making non-continuous text reading teaching develop in an all-around way.
