Research On International Student Management In Colleges And Universities In Yunnan Province

China's higher education is developing rapidly with its strong cultural background and increasing economic strength.With the international talent flowing across regions,more and more international students regard China as their first choice of study and further study.In recent years,with the increase of the number of international students accepted by our country,the management of international students has become a basic link that cannot be ignored in the training of international students in colleges and universities.Depending on the advantages of the border and the promotion of the country's "The Belt and Road" policy,Yunnan Province has seen a relatively large increase in the number and country of international students in recent years.With the increase of international students going to Yunnan,International student management has also become an important problem in the daily work of colleges and universities in Yunnan Province.Firstly,this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the current situation,existing problems and reasons of international student enrollment system,scholarship system,teaching management,daily management,employment guidance,logistics management in Yunnan Province;secondly,it makes an empirical analysis of the current situation and existing problems of international student management by means of questionnaire survey;finally,it refers to the result of the analysis of the test data puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving the management level of international students in Yunnan universities,including perfecting the management mechanism,perfecting the management information platform,improving the enrollment ability,standardizing the scholarship system,improving the quality of teaching management,standardizing the management service,strengthening the employment guidance,and improving the quality of teaching management.These suggestions are of some reference value to educational administration departments and universities.
