In 2016,the ministry of education released the Education Action of Promoting the Joint Construction of "One Belt and One Road",which officially launched China's participation in the belt and road higher education exchanges and cooperation.Since then,as the number of International students in China continues to increase year by year,the teaching quality of International students in China has increasingly become the focus of international higher education.As international students come from different countries,their cultural backgrounds and educational traditions are quite different from those of China,so the problem of acculturation in classroom teaching is becoming more and more prominent.This research through analyzing depth explore the International student's classroom teaching to students teaching cultural factors that influence the discomforts of students and put forward to improve the teaching quality and promote the teaching of culture adaptation as the goal of teaching management reform strategy,not only enrich the theory research,the International student's cross-cultural adaptation and to promote the teaching quality of college students in China and enhance our international competitiveness of education has important practical significance.Firstly,this research adopts the literature analysis method to sort out the relevant researches at home and abroad,define the main core concepts,and take the theories of acculturation,teaching culture and teaching management as the theoretical basis of this research.Secondly,a classroom observation model for international students is constructed,and representative universities are selected to carry out a questionnaire survey to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on the representation of teaching acculturation of international students in China.Thirdly,with the help of the grounded theory,typical cases of International students in China were selected for in-depth interviews to explore the factors affecting the teaching cultural adaptation of International students in China.Then,it narrate the problem of teaching management which causes the maladjustment of teaching culture.Finally,based on the main teaching management problems existing in the teaching acculturation of International students,the corresponding teaching management strategies are proposed.Through in-depth analysis in class and quantitative questionnaire survey,it is found that International students with different cultural backgrounds and knowledge structures show the characteristics of overall maladjustment to the classroom teaching culture in China,including the poor sense of language adaptation,the low level of general learning involvement and the obvious differences between individuals and grades in the teaching culture.Based on the analysis of grounded theory,it is found that students' personal factors,teachers' professional level,teaching situation and management mechanism of international students are the main factors affecting the performance of international students' acculturation in classroom teaching.From the perspective of teachers,students and managers,this paper further analyzes the educational narrative,and finds that the main teaching management problems faced by International students in the process of teaching acculturation are lax supervision of the teaching team,imperfect student daily management mechanism and training plan,and unreasonable division of teaching management.Based on the above analysis result,the research suggests that colleges and universities need to establish in order to promote International students to adapt to Chinese culture as the key of teaching management reform of classroom teaching strategies,namely,to enhance the teaching quality of International students,adjust the students teaching cultural adaptation,provide management strategy to support as the goal,take part in the management,moderate convergence in the multi-agent communion,modern technology and management as the principle,teaching staff,technical support,management on division of labor and architecture,training plan,strengthening classroom teaching management system.
