The critical period of social transformation and upgrading has created more opportunities for the development of schools and teachers,but at the same time,with the increasingly fierce competition in the education industry,our country's schools are also facing certain pressures and challenges in the development process.Therefore,the school should pay more attention to the importance of "people" in the process of development and growth,and should fully realize the importance of the improvement of the professional level of teachers for the development of the school and the entire education industry.In order to give full play to its basic role,the language discipline should attach importance to the comprehensive quality development of language teachers.Therefore,it is an important way to improve the efficiency of Chinese teaching and promote the professional development of Chinese teachers to strengthen the post-service training of Chinese teachers.But in our country rural language teacher in teaching level,teaching profession and the comprehensive quality of teachers are mixed,there are great problems.In recent years,in order to meet the requirements of the "Professional Standards for Primary Teachers(Trial)" and the "Professional Standards for Secondary Teachers(Trial)",the State has attached great importance to post-service training for rural teachers.To this end,I used the literature research method to collect as much as possible the domestic and foreign literatures related to the research in the early stage,and then used the questionnaire survey method and the field interview method to pass the post-employment training of rural language teachers in Qidong County,Hengyang City,Hunan Province.The current situation is to conduct on-the-spot investigations to understand the main problems in their post-employment training,to analyze the relevant factors affecting the effectiveness of post-employment training for rural language teachers,and to propose strategies to promote the effectiveness of rural language teachers in post-employment training:First,from the government perspective See,we must improve the conditions of post-employment training by increasing funding,improve post-employment training by improving relevant systems,and ensure the quality of post-employment training by optimizing the faculty;second,from the perspective of training organization implementation,Through careful organization and implementation to improve the core literacy of rural Chinese teachers,improve the knowledge structure of rural Chinese teachers through selected training content,improve the teaching practice ability of rural Chinese teachers through close contact with reality;third,from the level of rural language teachers themselves To see,we must establish a lifelong education concept to promote post-employment training.Attention to scientific management time allocated to the initiative to improve the effectiveness of training by self-assessment.Through the formulation and implementation of these strategies,it is expected to improve the teaching level and overall quality of rural Chinese teachers and achieve balanced development of urban and rural education.
