With the construction and development of resource classrooms in our country,how to improve the professional competence of resource classroom teachers through training has become the focus of many special education researchers.Therefore,this dissertation promotes the current situation and existing problems of the professional training of “resource teachers” by focusing on the Wuhou district foundation project model in Chengdu,and puts forward suggestions for further improving the professional training of resource teachers.The paper takes the Wuhou District of Chengdu City as a case.I through the Wuhou District investigation and interviews to understand the status quo,existing problems and achievements of the Wuyong District “resource teachers” in-service professional training,and found that Wuhou District adopted the project model as Relying on the training of resource teachers,and through unremitting efforts for three years,Wuhou District has already taken greater measures and achieved corresponding results in the in-service professional training of “resource teachers”.At present,the current results and characteristics of Wuhou District include: the formation of complementary professional teacher training courses for resources;the formation of three levels of resource teacher learning;ensuring the strength and frequency of professional training for resource teachers;and enriching resource teachers.The assessment forms can timely understand the resources teachers' ideas and suggestions for training,improve the relevant systems for the professional training of resource teachers,and form a supervision mechanism for the professional training of resource teachers.However,there are also some problems,such as differences in the training content design and the actual needs of resource teachers;the incentive mechanism for resource teacher professional training is not perfect;some school-level teaching andresearch and training are not carried out normally,or only at the formal level;some school resources Them obility of teachers is relatively large;assessment of inclusive education work in project schools is not uniform.This paper analyzes the reasons for these problems and proposes further improvements.Including the adjustment of the training content of the combination of forms;improve the professional teacher training evaluation system;the implementation of a strict resource teacher introduction system;training parties to create various incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm of resource teachers to participate in training;education authorities to increase the resources of teachers The investment for professional training;the teaching and research in the shard area and tour guides to follow up the development of resource teacher training;and using the later project model to consolidate the resource teacher's mastery and use of the training content.
