Badminton footwork is one of the necessary professional skills for badminton.It is not only the foundation of other techniques to use,it is an independent individual,solid footwork skills is beneficial to the actual combat play badminton ball technology,mobile gait is flexible and can even decide the success or failure of a game.This study with many balls training as the experimental group in a single ball training as control group,using two different training methods for badminton players footwork techniques,especially the footwork cohesion ascension related research findings:From mobile gait metrics:subjects before and after the experiment many balls training group and single mobile ability with the experiment before exercise group with significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting that the ball training and more training to low center of gravity corners is effective,and more training to improve the ball too.From selected seven badminton footwork combination,front forehand and backhand footwork combination,midfield on both sides of the online catches footwork combination,Internet access,the back going back forehand footwork combination,the forehand,on the right side of midfield catches up front forehand footwork combination,Internet backcourt forehand regress combination,on the right side of midfield after the back going forehand regress combination,the forehand online on the right side of midfield after backcourt forehand retrogression combined test scores were significantly improved,this shows that the experimental training played a significant role in the test index,the index has the validity of the test.Test technology index:many balls training group and single ball training forehand stroke high ball,forehand pick,forehand hook on the corner and forehand net ball technology after the experiment result compared with the experiment before were significantly improved,more ball experiment is effective.In terms of physical fitness,the training of single ball and multi-ball training improved the speed of children's speed of 50 meters,but showed no significant difference.Single ball training and more training can effectively promote the endurance quality of the object(1500 meters),strength,quality,standing long jump,and many balls training relative to the single ball is more apparent to the promotion of endurance quality,power quality(P<0.05).This shows that the experimental process is effective for the endurance and strength of the subjects,and the effectiveness of multi-ball training is more obvious.
