Table tennis ball training method is the last century sixty’s our country accordingto a training method in table tennis sports competitions and training practice law ofwinning the first. In2000October, the International Table Tennis Federation revisedthe table tennis competition rules, such as table tennis ball diameter increased from38MM to40MM. Increase the weight and volume, resulting in the ball rotation andspeed has been reduced accordingly, so game stalemate probability score alsoincreases, which gives the combination technique training of the athlete puts forwardnew requirements. According to the multi ball training, there will be training in the"combination" dynamic stereotype and the game need to "random" combination ofinconsistent phenomenon, multi ball training and for the ball in table tennis training,this research is experimental research aimed at this phenomenon.The experiment selected from school18people aged14to16years old tabletennis players, using the camera recording whole cycle race18athletes. By video andstatistics three combination technology, score each player use rate is higher in thiscompetition rate; in the game the best hitting number plate number, the highest battingplate numbers appear in the game.The18players were randomly divided into experimental group and controlgroup, each group of9people, according to the multi ball training experiment eachmeasured combination technology. The experimental group of people for the ball andmulti ball training form, the control group using a single ball training. Experiment twotimes a week, every3hours of training,3months after the end of the training data,comparative analysis of the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion:The combination technology in the game for the training content, theexperimental group used for ball in the form of multi ball training, while the controlgroup using a single ball in the form of multi ball training. Three months after the endof the training, the experimental group and the control group of athletes have madeprogress, in the ranking, average increasing rate, the highest batting plate number etc are improved. Compared to the experiment group and the control group, theexperimental group was more obvious progress. So, in practice, should according tothe athletes, choose suitable for their training methods, is very important to improvethe technical level of athletes and the training effect.(1) Compared with the single ball, multi ball training people for ball caneffectively improve the combination of the technical level of athletes and combatcapability, and when the actual situation more appropriate.(2) Many people for the ball can not only improve the cohesion ability of athletescombined technology and actual combat ability, and the training of this novel methodto improve the training of interest can also help, training quality and training effectincreases, so that the multi ball training method is better applied to the table tennistraining(3) The amount and intensity of multi ball training is quite big, is conducive toimprove the athlete’s physical ability, but also can hone the athlete will quality,athletes train hard, never give up spirit, Cultivating Athletes fight consciousness,improve psychological quality...
