Badminton was introduced into China in the period of 1929~1935, following the liberation of 1949, after the rapid development and gradually become one of the key development of sports in china. The development of modern badminton in China has reached unprecedented, China in all badminton singles and doubles project almost dominate the world badminton, so this of badminton in the world rapid development to the height to promote role. With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the badminton sport participation is convenient, the exercise is comprehensive, the strength is controllable, and is deeply loved by the young children. With the rapid improvement of the level of modern badminton technology, the level of badminton in our country has gradually pushed into the world’s top level, and the research on the teaching and training of badminton has made outstanding achievements. Through the experiment study of the badminton ball single and multi ball training method, to explore the special training method on the different age stages of Juvenile Badminton technique and physical fitness, provide theoretical support for Juvenile Badminton Teaching, to the popularity of badminton enhancement in adolescent physique.This study mainly used the experimental method to Xi’an Xiang Yue badminton club in 32 children’s students as the experimental object, the subjects of the age of 7~10 years old. In the course of the experiment, 32 students were divided into two groups. Each group had 16 members, 8 boys and 8 girls. The subjects were 8.5 years old. The children’s students who participated in the badminton training are zero based, the experimental group and the control group were using the multi ball training method and single ball training method. The time arrangement in 2015 from April to July, multi ball training group class time for every Saturday afternoon from 2 to 4 points, Sunday 4 to 6 points; single ball training group class time for every Saturday afternoon 4 to 6 points, Sunday 2 ~ 4, for each training time by two hours. On for a period of three months of badminton training class of two groups of students, for the two groups of subjects were selected indicators were tested, and the single and multi ball training before and after the Juvenile Badminton technical level and physical fitness test results were compared and analyzed, and then come to a conclusion from the testing. Main research results:1. In control group, after a period of three months of single ball training, children in badminton throw for distance and 50 meters run score were significantly increased(P < 0.01), body anteflexion in sitting position difference in the performance is not obvious(P > 0.05). In the control group, there was a significant improvement in the quality of strength and speed, and there was no significant difference in the quality of flexibility.2. In experiment group after three months of multi ball training, children has increased significantly(P < 0.05), 50 meters run score had significantly increased(P < 0.01) in badminton throw far and body anteflexion in sitting position performance test. The experimental group of children in the strength of the quality and flexibility before and after the quality is significantly improved, the quality of the speed has a very significant improvement.3. The experimental group compared with the control group, the badminton throw far scores, 50 meters sprint achievement have significantly increased(P < 0.05); in the sit and reach test scores did not change significantly(P > 0.05). Namely through the teaching experiment, the experimental group children’s physical quality is good.4. The control group in the three months after the single ball training, in badminton skills test scores were significantly increased(P < 0.05); experimental group of multi ball training in badminton technology has significantly increased(P < 0.01).5. after the experiment, the experimental group was better than the control group, there was a very significant difference(p<0.01). Research conclusion:1. Research shows that: two different training methods are all help to improve children’s badminton technology, but multi ball training to improve single ball training range is more obvious, dynamic stereotype is more stable, and the use of multi ball training method in the experimental group children in the hands of the badminton technology are compared to the average.2. Badminton training on children’s physical quality comprehensively and outstanding, which includes: to children’s physical strength and speed quality is more prominent, due to limitations of time training, for the flexible quality of children has certain influence but obviously not enough.3. Compared to the single ball training, multi ball training is not only conducive to hit rate, comprehensive use of batting technique of, mobilize the initiative of children to learn, improve their interest in learning, cultivate children’s creativity and children’s participation in equality of opportunity and to reach the completion of training the expected goals, is conducive to the completion of the progress of teaching, and effectively promote the children’s badminton technology in combat game to play well.
