The core of structural tension theory reveals the tension or conflict caused by the tension or conflict between culture and structure in society.Deviant behavior is a kind of behavior created by society, rather than the result of the abnormal impulse of the deviant. In the current campus conflict and the frequent occurrence of campus bullying, the structural tension on campus is the essential cause of campus bullying. In particular, the structural tension between the target and the means has resulted in the occurrence of bullying on some campuses. From the perspective of the choice of target, campus bullying is actually a reflection of social group anomics. The solution, which is generated by the goal, takes a logical path similar to that of "stability".The rights and interests of the students concerned are not taken seriously, which makes it easy and rough to deal with such incidents, which can cause secondary injury to students. In view of this,it is a good method to introduce the mechanism of coordination and participation. From the perspective of society,it is necessary to strengthen the relevant legislation and build a prevention and control system integrating prevention and management--education.From the school’s point of view,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of campus culture to prevent bullying and combine prevention with education. From the perspective of the family, focus on the shaping of children’s excellent products, and teach children to deal with related problems. Therefore, only the society, school and family coordination and cooperation on various aspects, constantly reconstructing social order, improve the interpersonal interaction, and effectively guide public rational cognition and response for the phenomenon of bullying, ability for students to create a more safe and orderly campus environment, promote the development of students’ physical and mental health.
