It has been a long time since domestic and overseas scholars began to research teaching system. They have researched not only system structure factors but also the impact of teaching system structure factors on junior middle school students' scores.The author has read a great deal of documents, asked for some RE. teaching theory specialists by adopting Delphi, and then worked out factor questionnaire in light of teaching system structure factors approved by specialists on junior middle school students' scores. Through two beforehand investigations to students, the author has applied factor analysis to the analysis of the results of beforehand investigation and chosen the main factors to work out formal students questionnaire. The questionnaire has been put on 800 junior middle school students with a view to researching the impact of RE. teaching system structure factors on the students' RE. scores. Correlation a-nalysis, square difference, and maths model have been used in the research.The results are as follows: First, six branch system, namely teachers, students, teaching goal, teaching method, teaching' content and teaching environment, together with eighteen subordinate factors have impact on RE. scores of junior middle school students. Second, every factor in the system does not exist by itself. Their relationships are dominance and subordination, leading and secondary, decision-making and carrying-out of the decision, control and feedback. Third, the impact of RE. teaching system structure factors and every branch system on RE. scores of junior middle school students is holistic, not linear.
