Research On The Construction Of Athletics Referee Team In Jilin Province

This article uses literature data method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire survey method,analytic hierarchy process,through the field participation in 2017,2018 Changchun International Marathon,2017,2018 Jilin Province Youth Athletics Championships,2018 Jilin Province 18 th Sports Games track and field During the competition(youth group,college group)and other competitions,there were two tasks in the competition.One was to investigate the current situation of the track and field referee team in Jilin Province,and the other was to invite experts and scholars in the track and field industry in Jilin Province.The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the index system that affects the construction of the track and field referee team in Jilin Province.The study found:1.In Jilin Province,there has been no substantive track and field association in recent years.In the past 5-6 years,there has not been a training course for track and field referees,and a large number of professional talents have been lost.At the same time,the referee's assessment and selection system is not perfect,and the regulatory measures are not in place2.The geographical distribution is uneven and the gender structure is out of balance.Most of the track and field referees at the national and national levels are mainly located in Changchun City,Jilin Province.The English level,the ability to use computers,and the ability to use advanced equipment and equipment need to be strengthened3.The referee in Jilin Province is not enough to study the business of referee theory.The theory should be combined with practice,and theoretical research should be strengthened4.Jilin Province bears less national-level competitions,which leads to fewer opportunities for Jilin Province track and field referees to stipulate large-scale competitions.At the same time,there are fewer opportunities for observation and training,which limits the development of the referees themselves5.The referee post is "lifelong".The referee of Tiansai is always responsible for the field competition.The referee of the track race is always responsible for the track race6.Fair and just crisis,"small group" mode7.The analytic hierarchy process is used to classify the index system that affects the construction of the track and field referee team in Jilin Province.The weights of the second-level indicators are ranked as business level>professional ethics>physical quality>psychological quality;the business level class weights in the third-level indicators are sorted into proficient competition rules.And the referee law,timely attention to the content of the track and field competition rules revision.The ranks of professional ethics are classified as honest and clean,and self-sufficient.The physical fitness class is ranked as capable of continuing high-intensity ruling work and adaptability to harsh working environments.The psychological quality class is sorted into attention and has self-confidenceIn response to the above problems of the track and field referees in Jilin Province,the following suggestions are made:1.Focus on strengthening the emphasis on the construction of the track and field referee team in Jilin Province2.Increase the training of referees in inferior areas and allocate their proportions reasonably3.Strive to improve the English level of track and field referees and the ability to use computers and advanced equipment4.Strive to improve the theoretical level of track and field referees,encourage referees to participate in academic research,and communicate with other provincial and municipal referees to enhance the referee's vision and enable the referees to keep up-to-date with the latest information,which is conducive to their own level of improvement5.Inspire the track and field referees to “rotate” to achieve “one specialization and multi-function”6.In the selection of referees,more young people should be given and referees with fewer referees should be given the opportunity to supplement their living forces and avoid the “small group” mode7.The selection and training of track and field referees in Jilin Province should focus on the training of track and field referees' professional ability and the construction of professional ethics.More competition rules to improve training courses,professional ethics lectures,etc.
