Guang Dong Province Track And Field Referee Of The Influence Factors Of The Cutting Level Research

It goes without saying that,judges play an important role in sports competitions,such as ensuring the game going well,ensuring the athlete going well,ensuring the development of sport events and sometimes even representing national image.Along with China holds more and more international large track and field events,Kwangtung,a bellwether in terms of economy and track and field events,holds many large-scale track and field events such as Guangzhou Asian Games,Universiade Shenzhen and many marathon races.Thus the comprehensive quality and judgment quality of judges need to enhance.Fortunately,these large-scale track and field events held in Kwangtung give a chance for their ability increase.Therefore,the overall situation of them and influence factors of their judgment are fundamental to building a judge team with high abilities and manners?With a experience of judgment in Kwangtung,I,on the basis of some theories and using questionnaire method,statistical method and interviewing method,has analysed the influence factors of judgment and gotten the following results:(1)The member of Canton track & field judge have a rational distribution of age and gender,and most of them are highly educated gym teacher with a rich judge experience.Therefore,most of them are familiar with track & field competition rules and judging methods.Whereas,most of them have leaning branch phenomenon and a little young judges participate in practical judging.Therefore,they need a progress in judge level.(2)Factor analysis is used to classify influence factor indexes.It is concluded that four types of common factor affecting the Guangdong province track and field referee's capability of arbitration include the mental body quality factor,exterior condition guiding factor,capacity factor of judging on site and knowledge factor.Based on weights analysis,there are ten key factors affecting the capability of arbitration,including the attitude on-the-spot practice,the attention stability,emotion control ability,willpower,performance status,observing and judging ability,flexible ability,independent working ability,management system and the opportunity of cutting big events.(3)Quantitative analysis is applied to the influence factor indexes.The result shows that there is a significant correlation between four types of common factor and the actual performance of athletic judges.At the same time,there has significant difference between four types of common factor and different referees.Finally,through analyzing the current situation of Guangdong province referees' capability of arbitration potential impact factors,the factor needing to focus on improvement is found.So far,according to the problems which are found in the analysis of the current situation of Guangdong province referees' capability of arbitration potential impact factors,some suggestions are proposed: establishing and perfecting the referee management mechanism,developing plans of specific referees selection and the clear referee training scheme,improving the referee training form,increasing the intensity of training,improving the ability of referees psychological physical quality,promoting communication,improving the referee the tacit understanding,increasing the job rotation,optimizing the team structure and actively bidding for large events.These measures can strengthen the referee law enforcement ability in the practice of.Thus overall level of referees can be promoted.
