After the introduction of the "two-child comprehensive" policy,the issue of the lack of baby care services in China has been concerned.Parents have different needs for nursery services because of different role expectations and care situations.If you can understand the needs of parents and provide targeted support for parents,you can effectively solve the current care of parents and the society.The problem of nurturing.Therefore,this study starts from the perspective of parents,takes the demand and quality demand of the nursery model as the focus,explores the real needs of the urban family care model and quality,and enriches the research content of the 0-3 year old infant care service in China.It also helps the state and corresponding institutions to provide better and more targeted care services and assistance to improve the baby care service system.This study used the questionnaire method and interview method,according to the existing literature and theoretical construction results compiled the "urban family infant care service model needs and quality needs questionnaire." A survey of 431 infant parents in Shenyang was conducted.The following research results were obtained:1.Urban infant families have certain needs for institutional childcare,family-based childcare,white-room care,temporary childcare and half-day nursery.2.There are differences in the needs of parents for institutional childcare,family-based care,and white nursery at different ages.The demand for family-based childcare is highest when the baby is 0-1 years old,and the demand for institutional childcare and white nursery is increasing as the baby ages.3.Parent-child relationship,parental age,occupation,etc.are all related to the difference in family care model demand to some extent.4.Urban family parents have a strong demand for the quality of childcare services,among which the demand for health care is the highest,followed by environmental equipment,teachers,and education activities,with the lowest demand for service philosophy.5.The age of parents,the level of education,the working hours of parents,the monthly income of the family,the number of children,and the main caregivers of the children are all related to the differences in the quality of family care.6.Households with different types of nursery education have different needs for quality.The specific differences are reflected in the dimensions of service philosophy,environmentalequipment,health care,and faculty.7.Through the survey on the satisfaction of urban infant family care service demand,it is found that the current nursery model in the market is limited,it is difficult to meet the diversified needs of parents;the quality of nursery education is not uniform,and does not meet the expectations of parents.Based on the above conclusions,this study determines the responsibility subject,establishes the access criteria;absorbing innovation and increasing the scope of the nursery model;implements normative standards,optimizes the quality of nursery;improves laws and regulations,and strengthens supervision;Five aspects of the service make recommendations.
