Higher vocational education,as an open type of higher education,with the cultivation of highly skilled personnel as its main purpose,is of vital importance to the development of social politics,economy and culture in China.At present,the development of Vocational Education in China has entered a new stage of system construction,and the reform of the system and mechanism of running vocational education and the optimization of the mode of running schools have been carried out.New requirements have been put forward.Besides the participation of schools and enterprises,China needs to mobilize more social forces to participate in the training of Higher Vocational and technical personnel to form a diversified pattern of vocational education development.In order to meet the requirement of talent cultivation,China's higher vocational and technical colleges need to carry out innovation and coordination of "government,school,enterprise and trade associations" in order to mobilize the government,schools,enterprises and other subjects to make full use of their own advantages to the overall development of Higher Vocational and technical personnel.But at present,there are still some more or less problems in the innovation and coordination of"government,school,enterprise" in Higher Vocational Education in many areas of our country.such as the lack of leading role of the government,the absence of guidance role of the industry,the low level of school-enterprise cooperation,Insufficient motivation of enterprises to participate in cooperation between schools and enterprises,the cultivation of talents does not meet the needs of enterprises.Waiting for a great deal has greatly affected the function of this model.In view of this,this paper will take Liaoning City Construction Vocational and Technical College as an example,to analyze the higher vocational education "government school business" innovation and coordination problems,find out the reasons for the problems,and combined with the actual situation of the school,put forward some targeted"government school business" innovation and coordination countermeasures.This article will carry on the research from the following aspects:The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this article,summarizes the domestic and foreign research review.introduces the research ideas and main framework of this paper,points out the innovation and difficulties of this research,and puts forward the main research methods of this paper;the second part is the higher vocational education "government school administration The third part is the status quo of the innovation synergy mechanism in Liaoning City Construction Vocational and Technical College,pointing out its achievements,finding out the existing problems and asking questions.The third part is the cooperative innovation development model and long-term development mechanism of higher vocational education"government,school,enterprise" and puts forward several countermeasures to improve the cooperative innovation of higher vocational education "government,school,enterprise";the last part is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes the views of the full text.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of this article and looks forward to the future.It is hoped that this study can provide more vocational and technical colleges and universities with the government,enterprises and trade associations to cooperate with the education of reference,so as to ensure that the quality of personnel trained to enhance.
