The mode of colledge & enterprise joint school running is a new kind of educational mode. Under this mode, the different environments and resources provided by the colledge and the enterprise are fully used, and the traditional class teaching and student practice are combined efficiently. It aims at cultivating the talents with all-round quality and creating ability and suite for all kinds of positions in society. As this mode is developed at its early stage in our country which is only a stage for exploring, not only the preparation in theory is not enough, but also the effective conclusion in practice is lacked for .So the further study of this mode has its profound significance both in theory and practice. This thesis studies this mode, aiming at discovering the connotation, summarizing the characters, defining the implementing significance, exploring the implementing strategies, analyzing the existing problems, then looking for the strategies to deal with them, providing a reference for the higher vocational education.The whole thesis can be divided into 4 parts. The first part is started with backgrounds of its appearance, then discloses the connotation of this mode, followed by the analysis of its characters. In analyzing, it's pointed out that except general characters of higher vocational education, like the applicationess for its cultivating goal, the vocationess of its course setting and the pertinence of its teaching material and course system, "double-certificated "of its faculty, compared with the mode of single school environment, this mode has other striking characters, for example, is has two cultivating environments.
