Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Cooperative Innovation In Higher Vocational Colleges

Innovation is the motive force for national development and the progress of a nation,China clearly put forward the development strategy of public entrepreneurship,innovation and peoples'.Its purpose is to encourage social innovation.Higher vocational college is to cultivate high-quality professional and technical personnel suitable for the market needs,in the training of students' professional ability,innovative ability is an important content.Under the collaborative innovation theory perspective,higher vocational colleges is not only a talent agency,also export talent and technology export agencies,through research institute and Institute and other institutions and enterprises subject of collaboration,can greatly enhance the ability of research and development of higher vocational colleges,also can better promote research and innovation achievements into practical productive forces.In order to explore the higher vocational colleges and other institutions to carry out collaborative innovation,this study by empirical analysis method,has carried on the questionnaire survey to a city of four vocational colleges from the collaborative innovation object number,collaborative innovation achievements,collaborative innovation achievements transformation,collaborative innovation overall effect,collaborative innovation on the training of students' vocational ability role in promoting this five aspects systematically investigated the higher vocational colleges in carrying out the actual performance of collaborative innovation;at the same time,this study also analyze the influence of synergistic effect of innovations in basic conditions,and school,school and enterprise,the school the three kinds of cooperative innovation mode of running a school of the influencing factors.Through the empirical analysis,it is found that the higher vocational colleges in collaborative innovation effect is poor,the performance for collaborative R & D object number,R & D results of a small number,low rate of conversion of research achievements,collaborative innovation of the overall effect of poor,collaborative innovation on the training of students' vocational ability does not fully play the role;by longitudinal comparison.It is found that the actual effect of the university enterprise cooperation innovation effect to than university collaboration and University School collaborative through horizontal comparison found that four in higher vocational colleges,vocational and technical college in all aspects of performance is relatively good.Through the analysis of the influencing factors,it is found that,in addition to the policy support,the other four basic conditions are not able to meet the needs of collaborative innovation in Higher Vocational Colleges A.On the basis of the empirical analysis,this study puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for higher vocational colleges to carry out collaborative innovation,but also focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the collaborative innovation between schools and the group as a case.
