Induction adaptation is a stage that teachers must go through in their career,and it is also the beginning when teachers really enter the educational reality,which is inevitably full of difficulties and challenges.The educational life experienced in this stage is of great importance to the professional growth of teachers in the future.At present,the academic research on this issue mainly focuses on the orientation of primary school teachers,and seldom touches on the orientation of preschool education professional background teachers.With the expansion of social demand for preschool teachers and the opening of preschool education qualification examination in recent years,a group of preschool teachers graduated from non-preschool education began to appear.How these preschool teachers,who have not been trained by pre-service professional education,face the beginning of their cross-professional career has attracted little attention from the academic circle.The need of reality and the vacancy of theory urgently require researchers to present a detailed picture of the group's "real" educational life.This study selected a group of new preschool teachers in maiji district,tianshui city,gansu province as the research object.Their professional ability,professional concept and professional knowledge were studied.Through questionnaires and interviews,the status quo of the group's current career adaptation was sorted out and the problems in the process of career adaptation were analyzed.Then we find the common problems in the professional ability of such teachers,including three dimensions: the ability to observe and understand children,the ability to design educational activities,and the ability to organize and implement educational activities.In terms of professional philosophy,the researchers selected two dimensions of non-specialist teachers' treatment of children and their treatment of educational activities and found that these two dimensions are still the problems of most teachers.In terms of professional knowledge,the researchers only studied the two dimensionsof preschool education and child care knowledge and child development knowledge from non-specialist teachers,and found that the group's grasp of this dimension of knowledge was not optimistic.The author makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems and performance of the investigation and believes that the influencing factors mainly include the influence of the original professional education background,the influence of personality differences on the self-adjustment ability in career development,and the influence of the support of external environment on the degree of adaptation.Based on the data analysis of the present and the author,to improve the pre-school education professional new preschool teachers' professional to adapt to the corresponding Suggestions are given: strengthen the support system of system,to the kindergarten as a direct regulatory effect,fully motivating power promote occupational adaptation ability improved in three dimensions,hope I can for the preschool education professional new preschool teachers provide some reference,promote the better and faster to adapt to the profession.
