With the promulgation of kindergarten regulations and guidelines for kindergarten education(trial)and the in-depth promotion of kindergarten curriculum reform,the professional development of kindergarten teachers has gradually become one of the hot topics in the field of preschool education in China.“Outline” points out:“the organization and implementation process of educational activities is the process of teachers' creative work ”.It can be seen that the design ability of preschool teachers' teaching activities is particularly important.Only by designing teaching activities well can preschool teachers improve the teaching quality and promote the comprehensive development of children and their own professional development.Moreover,the research on the design of preschool teachers' teaching activities under the background of "professional standards for kindergarten teachers" can not only enrich the relevant theoretical knowledge of preschool teachers' professional ability,but also explore the main advantages and disadvantages of preschool teachers in designing preschool teaching activities,and further put forward relevant Suggestions.The author studied the design scheme of teaching activities of new kindergarten teachers in combination with interviews and found that they have many advantages in the design of teaching activities.Secondly,the selection of activity content is more interesting,the selected content can also correspond to the requirements of the target;In the activity preparation is also more effort,the new teacher for material preparation is very vivid and comprehensive;Finally,in the design of teaching process,it can also fit children's interests and attach importance to the role of games in teaching activities.At the same time,it also pays more attention to the social development of children in the process of teaching activities,and attaches importance to the cooperation between partners,which are merits worth advocating in the design of teaching activities.At the same time,there are some visible shortcomings they have,such as in the expression of the goal,the awareness needs to be improved.For example,the Angle of the target expression is inconsistent,and the expression involves the means and ways of teaching process,and the dimension and difficulty of target design is inaccurate.In the selection of activity content,children's interests and development are sometimesneglected,and the selected content is divorced from children's life.In terms of activity preparation,they often attach importance to material preparation,ignore children's experience preparation,and fail to allow children to participate in activity preparation in time.In the design of activity process,the selected activity methods and approaches are not effective enough,and often adopt a single teaching organization form,while ignoring the subject status of children.The advantages mentioned above should be carried forward and the existing problems should be improved.Therefore,in the last chapter,the author puts forward feasible Suggestions on the design scheme of teaching activities for new preschool teachers from four aspects,including goal design,content selection,preparation design and process design,in order to further promote the teaching design ability of preschool teachers.Will be on the basis of previous studies,this study on the current new preschool teachers teaching activity design system induction and summary to the research,in order to further enrich the study of the theory of the preschool teachers' professional ability development,expand the study of the theory of the early childhood teaching activity design,designed for preschool teachers' teaching activities which provides the basis for further research,enrich and improve the preschool teachers design teaching activities,to better adapt to the need of current preschool education reform.
