Coupling with the continuous deepening of educational reform among the countries,cultivating the comprehensive quality of the students has become a common aspiration,aspiring to all-round development of personal comprehensive quality is the strong bolster for individual facing complicated circumstance,while a group of high-quality civilians would promote a nation's economic and social advancement,the physical literacy is the significant component of the comprehensive quality,in the fierce international competition,breeding the civilians with physical literacy also becomes the focus of education reform in Thailand schools.This paper studies on the theoretical contents,judging systems,actual conditions and enhancing strategies upon the Thailand senior high school students' physical literacy,through the methods of Literature,Delphi,analytical hierarchy process and questionnaire,etc.,and gets the conclusions as following:1?The physical literacy is the qualities,the cognition,the consciousnesses,the behaviors and the abilities that performed when an individual participates in the body activities,under the common effect of school education and social circumstance,which demonstrates the features as the comprehensiveness,the fundamental,the development and the periodicity,the structures of Thailand senior high school students' physical literacy include the structures of knowledge,ability,and non-intelligence.2?Based on the principle,the paper has built the physical literacy judging system of Thailand senior high school students which consists of 5 primary indexes and 12 secondary indexes.the analytical hierarchy process and other methods have used to calculate the indexes into different weights in which the physical quality takes up the most.3?Thailand high school students' physical literacy is basically good,but there is still some space for development;The development of physical literacy is not balanced,the sports cognition needs to be improved;The development trend of physical literacy is good,but the individual difference is great.;There are gender differences in physical literacy,which the boys are better than the girls;Strong interest in sports,but lack of teacher's guidance;In addition to physical education cognition,there is basically no difference among the grades in other dimensions.4?Promotion strategies of physical literacy for Thailand high school students include:(1)pay attention to theoretical learning,improve cognitive level;(2)student-centered,focus on individual development;(3)Pay attention to family education,update the concept of education;(4)the improvement of the teacher's own quality level;(5)improve the campus atmosphere,cultivate sports awareness;(6)exert the leading role in education,strengthen sports quality;(7)cross-discipline integrated teaching,constantly improve the quality level.
