Since the state promulgated the Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2011 edition),the sports field has set off a new wave of research on physical education learning evaluation.The active practical explorations for the localization development of the theoretical system of sports learning evaluation have made in China by many experts and scholars.After nearly a decade,however,reviewing related research of sports learning evaluation in our country,we can find that nowadays the content of the junior middle school students physical education learning evaluation index compared to a new era for students of sports learning requirements has been slightly delayed,therefore it is very necessary for the study of the physical education learning evaluation studies provide new ideas.The application of physical literacy and its related theories to school physical education has become one of the hot topics in academic circles.Based on the concept and requirements of the new curriculum standard,this study extracted the physical literacy factors related to junior high school students' physical education learning,and constructed the content of junior high school students' physical education learning evaluation;Three rounds of questionnaires were carried out by Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process,we collected experts' opinions and the assignment of weights on the construction of sports learning evaluation index system.Finally,the newly constructed sports learning evaluation index system is applied to the teaching practice to test its feasibility and scientificity.The research results are as follows:(1)From the perspective of physical literacy,the evaluation index of junior high school students' physical learning consists of four first-level indexes:cognitive domain,emotional domain,physical domain and behavioral domain;Sports practice knowledge mastery,sports theory knowledge learning and other eight secondary indicators,the study of theoretical knowledge of sports,and 43 tertiary indicators,including the mastery of knowledge of sports.(2)The evaluation index system in junior high school students' physical learning from the perspective of physical literacy.The most important level 1 index is the behavioral domain,followed by the physical domain,then the emotional domain,and finally the cognitive domain.The weight of each secondary index is in order ofimportance:extracurricular sports participation behavior,physical fitness level,physical practice knowledge,physical emotion,physical morality,physical theory knowledge learning,sports skills and in-class sports participation behavior.(3)The evaluation index system of junior high school students' physical education learning from the perspective of physical literacy is feasible and has good content validity.It can reflect students' real physical education learning in cognition,emotion,body and behavior.
