Based on the theory of sports quality and Motor Quotient,this study combines the attributes and characteristics of fitness qigong sports project to analyze the comprehensive literacy level that college students should have in school.As a guiding frame for the development of new sports,the content of the theoretical model determine the quotient by combine the explicit and recessive factors as a whole.Based on the Motor Quotient,sports quality is the form of the comprehensive evaluation which is to enhance the overall of the students.Develop an evaluation system which is meeting the contemporary school education assessment and measurement model,it is an effective means to improve the overall accomplishment of the students.This study is based on the understanding of sports quality and Motor Quotient,the combination of qualitative and quantitative,use the Likert five-point scale method to draw the expert questionnaire,issue,recycle and settle two rounds of questionnaires to the fifteen experts.According the expert suggestions and research needs to establish the three-level evaluation indicators of college students ',according the evaluation indicators system of college students' fitness qigong literacy to make up the importance of the evaluation indicators,issue,recycle and settle questionnaires to the ten experts.AHP was used to determine the weight of the three-level evaluation indicators of college students ',and conduct a consistency test.After establish the three-level evaluation indicators and its weight,design the self-test scale by the three-level indicators.Research result:(1)The Cronbach's alpha coefficients were 0.706 and 0.721,and the average of the second round questionnaire was 3.7-4.6;the standard deviation was 0.26-0.52;the coefficient of variation was 0.07-0.12.(2)Level indicators weight: sports cognition 0.0847,sports behavior 0.2453,physical skill 0.4980,daily behavior 0.1720;secondary indicators weight: sports knowledge 0.7184,sports awareness 0.2816,exercise participation 0.1373,exercise habit 0.6025,Sports morals 0.2602,physical level 0.3975,motor skills 0.6025,class 0.7101,extracurricular 0.2899.(3)10 expert judgment matrix C.I.range 0-0.0261;C.R.range 0-0.058;R.I.range 0-0.9,C.R.are less than 0.1.(4)KMO value is 0.691,Bartlett = 1812,p = 0.000 <0.05;the principal components of factor analysis extract four common factors,the cumulative contribution rate is 56.2%,each dimension Cronbach's Alpha values are between 0.7-0.8.Conclusion: The evaluation indicators system of college students' fitness qigong literacy includes four dimensions: sports cognition,sports behavior,physical skills and daily behavior;nine secondary indicators,26 third-level indicators,and it has a high expert effectiveness.The self-test scale of college students' fitness qigong literacy has a high degree of reliability and validity.It helps teachers to grasp the level of student physical education and the master degree of learning content,but also shows the level of students' sports quality has changed or no by a long period of study and exercise,based on innate genetic factors.It provides a guiding role for teachers to further improve the teaching content,form and method;for students,it can reflect own characteristics intuitively and has a good guiding role to the improvement of physical health level,exercise of scientific regularity and formation of lifelong sports awareness.
