Establishing the concept of great health,advocating a healthy and civilized lifestyle,and a strong physique is the foundation of physical health.As the physical fitness level of young people declines year by year,people have paid great attention to it.Middle school sports education is a key period for high school students to form correct sports values,develop healthy sports behavior habits and lifelong sports awareness.How to train students' core literacy in physical education in high school? It is of practical significance to cultivate high school students' sports ability,healthy behavior and sports ethics.This research uses literature methods,interview methods,questionnaire survey methods,mathematical statistics methods,logical analysis methods and other research methods to conduct a comprehensive survey and analysis of students,teachers and parents.Most of the high school students in Changsha are trained in core literacy in physical education.It is at the basic stage of core literacy,and has the following conclusions:1.The sports ability of high school students in Changsha mainly manifests as follows: the number of items to master motor skills is insufficient,and physical fitness needs to be strengthened;the ability to formulate physical exercise plans,participate in and organize sports activities,and solve problems in sports practice is insufficient.2.The health behaviors of high school students in Changsha are mainly as follows: high school students can arrange their time reasonably,and they can also help their colleagues develop good living habits and form correct and positive values.However,there are also some problems: poor awareness of physical exercise,lack of sports health knowledge and poor living and eating habits,lack of self-worth in sports,and poor selfregulating emotional ability.3.The sports ethics of high school students in Changsha are mainly manifested in the following: students' physical performance is good,but there are also problems: lack of tenacious and hard-working sports spirit,obedience to referees and poor sense of fair competition.Concept,the emotional experience in sports is poor.Through investigation and analysis,suggestions for cultivating the core literacy of senior high school students in physical education in Changsha City are proposed: to optimize the design of physical education teaching,relevant objectives,content,method implementation and evaluation of teaching should be set and implemented strictly;Promote the lifelong sports of students,establish a new concept of sports health education in schools,take the initiative to support and participate in the family,and play the role of role models for parents;cultivate students' deep understanding of sports: "strengthening and strengthening" and "strengthening and strengthening" Students recognize the importance of physical exercise.
