Public sports services are the basic elements for the development of national fitness activities.The public fitness center is the main place to provide public sports services.The promotion of top-level design and increased financial input have created a favorable space for the government to purchase public sports services.At the same time,problems such as insufficient supply of public sports services in the community and low quality of service have become more apparent,which has affected public satisfaction.With the continuous innovation of the public sports service supply model,the main body of community public sports service supply has changed,from the past government provision,to the public organization,and even the private enterprise has begun to serve as a supplier.Under the government purchase model,how do the government and enterprises divide and cooperate,how to carry out public welfare activities,how to protect publicity,what are the actual public sports service supply capabilities and service quality,and what factors affect the perceived quality of public sports services,services The degree of influence of the supply characteristics,whether the situational factors such as the organizational image will affect the public's perception of the quality of public sports services.Based on this,the research proposition of this paper is gradually clear,aiming to explore the influence mechanism of service supply on the perceived quality of public sports.This paper,through literature review,draws on the service-oriented government theory and the new public service theory,takes the community public sports service supply characteristics as the independent variable,organizes the image as the intermediary variable,and perceives quality as the dependent variable to construct the impact of public sports service supply on perceived quality.The model was based on the Shanghai Yangpu Civic Fitness Center.Through field visits,interviews,questionnaires and other methods,a total of 400 questionnaires were distributed,and the waste papers were eliminated.354 valid questionnaires were used.Factor,variance,correlation and regression analysis were performed on the collected data,and the relationship between variables was verified,and the model and hypothesis were tested.To conclusions,(1)There is no significant difference between the survey gender and whether the local resident population has three characteristics: public sports service supply characteristics,organizational image and perceived quality;and different ages in public sports service supply characteristics,organizational image and perception There are significant differences between the three variables of quality.(2)In terms of service quality perception,information privacy is the lowest.(3)The behavioral image in the organizational image is irrelevant to the dimensions of the public sports service supply characteristics,which verifies that the hypothesis H4 b does not hold;(4)the equalization and humanity in the perceived quality of public sports services in the public welfare and diversity dimensions of supply characteristics Chemicalization,assurance and responsiveness all have positive effects.(5)Verification of the impact mechanism of service supply on citizens' perception of public sports service quality,in which the concept image in organizational image is partially mediating.To recommendations,(1)pay attention to service level and improve service efficiency;(2)introduce third-party evaluation,establish supervision and management mechanism,and control operational risk;(3)enrich public service content and balance business service and public service ratio(4)Enhance image awareness and pay attention to image maintenance;(5)Deepen the concept image and optimize the screening mechanism for public sports service providers;(6)Establish quantifiable public service standards and protect public public sports rights and interests.
