With the continuous development of community governance in recent years,the leaders of community buildings,as the prominent participation force,are playing an increasingly important role in community governance.Building leaders are responsible for understanding the situation of residents in the building,conveying the needs of residents in the building to the community,and solving the problems of residents in the building.Building leaders are helpful assistants to help community workers deal with community affairs,which can alleviate the contradiction between community workers and residents to the greatest extent and promote the harmonious development of the community.However,due to various reasons,building leaders are not competent in managing the relevant affairs of community residents,and some phenomena have emerged that restrict the harmonious development of the community.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the ability of building leaders.In this context,the author,with the help of internship institutions,provides building leadership improvement services in Beijing Z community,hoping to change the current situation of building leadership in Z community and enhance the recognition of building leadership and community by community residents.With the service method of group work,based on the results of the preliminary capacity demand survey,it is found that the building leaders in Z community have three needs:leadership,communication ability and teamwork ability.Therefore,the social goal mode of group work was selected,and 10 group service activities were set up to improve the leadership,communication and teamwork ability of building leaders in community affairs,and enhance their awareness and sense of responsibility in promoting community change.At the end of the activity,the overall situation of the group activity was evaluated through two methods of group process assessment and capability improvement effect assessment.By integrating the whole service process,we can draw three conclusions as follows: first,using the method of group work,we can unite the community building leaders,which is helpful to build a social support network throughout the community;Secondly,to enhance the ability of community building leaders service,can mobilize their enthusiasm to participate in community affairs,promote the development of community governance;Third,the social goal model of the group work combines thepersonal problems of building leaders with the social environment,and USES building leaders to manage community affairs and promote citizen participation to solve problems,so as to jointly promote community governance.The author reflected on some situations in the process of group service,including the comparison between pre-test and post-test in the effect evaluation,to ensure the consistency of the data of the subject;The joining of the administrative force has two sides to the development of the group.Building leadership development is a long-term process,which needs to establish a long-term cultivation mechanism at the community level.
