Study On The Team's Work Involved In The Improvement Of The Interpersonal Communication Ability Of Migrant Workers In Guangzhou University City

Since the fortieth anniversary of reform and opening up,China has made breakthroughs in all aspects.Behind these developments,the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee cannot be separated from the hard work of the working people.In recent years,in order to better living environment and remuneration,more and more migrant workers choose to move their families to the city.However,after arriving in the city,most of them are difficult to adapt,especially the children of outsiders,leaving their playmates.The difference in geography and the difference in language make it difficult for them to adapt.It is difficult for schools to adapt to the life of the school,which in turn causes some psychological contradictions and interpersonal problems.This paper is based on the author's group work practice in Guangzhou University City,and analyzes the migrant workers' children's self-cognitive ability,emotional management ability,communication and expression ability,and cooperation ability from the perspective of migrant children.The performance of the lack of communication ability and the dilemma of the interpersonal communication of migrant workers,and starting from the function of the group work,expounding the feasibility and necessity of the team work to intervene in the interpersonal communication ability of migrant workers,through the process of group work intervention and After the end of the group's assessment,the team's work involved in the intervention of migrant workers and women's interpersonal skills to reflect and make recommendations.
