In recent years,with the clearance of rural substitute teachers and the continuous development of urbanization,in the relatively stable saturation of the teacher establishment,in order to cope with the expanding urban public schools and the growing school-age children.An increasing number of schools employ non-staff teachers to carry out teaching work.In the context of China's special emphasis on "iron rice bowls",where should the identity of non-staff teachers go in the context of social policy and the long-standing view of social groups that teachers should have a legal identity? How does social policy and social groups identify with this group,and how do non-staff teachers agree with their identity?Based on this practical problem,this study selects the current and growing urban public school non-staff teachers as the starting point,which is conducive to the analysis of the current honest public school non-teacher identity status and future identity prospects,is conducive to the current and future urban public schools non-teacher identity development research.First,from the introduction part to introduce the reasons for the study,the relevant concepts for identification.From the database,periodicals and school book search and non-staff teacher identity related literature,through the literature to sort out the domestic status of urban non-teacher identity review.Combining with the author's own observation and inquiry,the research goal,research content,research ideas and methods of this research are established.Secondly,through the status quo of the identity of non-teachers in urban public schools.To explore the status quo of social policy on the self-identity of non-staff teachers,the status quo of social groups ' identity with non-staff teachers,and the status quo of self-identity of non-staff teachers.Through the exploration of the status quo of non-staff teachers ' identity,this paper puts forward the recognition of urban non-staff teachers ' future identity setting in social policy,social group and individual self-identity.This paper also explores thepredicament and reason analysis of the identity of urban non-staff teachers under the social policy,in the social groups and in the individual teachers of urban public schools.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the predicament and cause of urban non-staff teachers,this paper puts forward some countermeasures which are beneficial to improve the identity of urban non-staff teachers.What should be done in social policy,social groups and non-staff teachers can be beneficial to the better self-identification of non-staff teachers in urban public schools.
