With the development of social economy,preschool education to get the attention of the countries and the whole society,but so far there are still a lot of outside-education-system teachers is existingin public kindergarten.Preschool teachers quality determines the degree of the development of preschool education,and the outside-education-systems teachers in public kindergarten cause a very important power in the preschool education,their vocational identity affects the quality of early childhood education.Outside-education-system teachersin the T city public kindergartenof Guangdong province as the object of study,analysis of Outside-education-system teachers status of professional identity and countermeasure study,the T city public kindergarten teachers' professional status quo survey questionnaire used in the process of investigating,and combined with the literature material method and interview method were investigated.Investigation analyzed of outside-education-system teachers' basic situation and the existing problems and reasons,and put forward constructive Suggestions for forming the cause of the problem.Existing problems are mainly: first,the sex ratio is extremely unreasonable,male teachers career were lower than that of female teachers;Second,the whole vocational identity of outside-education-system teachers in public kindergartens would be influenced in the certain range by the manning quota of education-system;Third,teachers' vocational identity will increase with the increase of positions and titles,teachers' professional title structure remains to be perfect;Fourth,the overall salary is low,with the increase of wages,job satisfaction also showed a trend of increasing;Fifth,the teachers' professional emotion will increase with age;Sixth,With the rise of the position,the higher the level of interpersonal support,but the overall social status is low;Seventh,working pressure,working content,working time is longer than the other.,all these Can affect the teachers' professional esteemed.The reasons of the problems are: the relevant policy and system does not reach the designated position can lead to the development of preschool education come to a standstill;Preschool education low input restricts the development of preschool education;Public opinion influences people objective evaluation of preschool teachers;Management mechanism needs to be improved;Work intensity;The teacher's own reason.For the cause of forming problem put forward the following strategies: the implementation of the preschool teachers' identity;gradually improving the kindergarten teachers treatment;Strengthen training,to promote teacher professional development;Selection of excellent kindergarten leadership,implement humanized management;outside-education-systems teachers to constantly improve their own quality,establish professional confidence.
