The integration of vocational education and community education has become an important trend in the reform and development of Vocational education.It is also an important measure for vocational education to actively serve the society,strengthen the in-depth cooperation with the community and construct the community lifelong education system.Community vocational education,as a new type of education in the process of integration of vocational education and community education,has a weak foundation in rural areas.At present,our country is committed to the overall revitalization of the countryside,education as one of the important driving forces,its status can not be ignored.Therefore,giving full play to the potential of education and promoting rural revitalization is the era of rural community vocational education.This research adopts the historical method as a whole,and carries out the historical analysis.Such as,Coming up with questions,Tracing Historical,Summing up experience,Drawing enlightenment.Taking S County as a research sample,this paper presents the course of rural community vocational education in the past 40 years by using oral history method.It is concluded that the process of development can be roughly divided into four periods.The first period is the preparation period(1978-1983).This period is mainly for literacy education,and gradually turn to technical education;the second period is the preliminary development period(1984-1988).The third period is the period of rapid development(1989-1999).Under the background of the comprehensive reform of rural education,S County has made a rapid development,the content of courses is constantly enriched,and the field of teaching is widened,and the "short,flat and fast" mode is widely promoted;the development of "integration of production,teaching and research,work,study and marketing" is preliminarily formed.The fourth period is the period of sustainable development(after 2000).In this period,S County has achieved sustainable development on the basis of the existing ones,which realize the overall planning of the three forms of education and making important contributions to the construction of new countryside,the promotion of Chinese culture,precise poverty alleviation and the prosperity of rural industry.Through historical analysis,we can see that in the past 40 years,S County has formed some experience of its own development for reference,such as precise orientation of running schools,always regards the revitalization of rural economy as the main line of education development;clear guiding ideology,in-depth implementation of the "three-ring theory" of rural education;By combining local reality,developing specialties with local conditions,enriching curriculum content,it is continuous integration into China including cultural elements and so on.Based on this,the author combines the existing problems of rural community vocational education and puts forward the enlightenment to the future development of rural community vocational education.The enlightenment starts from three dimensions: the starting point of education development,the key to development and the guarantee of development.In the starting point,the author mainly discusses it from the perspective of Sociology of education,and holds that the development of education should be based on national policy requirements,rural needs and local capital.Four aspects are the supply and demand of resources and the pursuit of education itself;then,combining with the relevant knowledge of pedagogy,this paper discusses the internal elements of education,and puts forward that the purpose of running a school,the content of courses,the organization and form of teaching,and the evaluation mechanism are the key links in the development of education,that is,the technical core of the development of education;Finally,In order to serve the The Village Community Vocational Education,it puts forward the safeguard measures from three aspects of government functions,teachers' strength and educational platform.And it is beneficial to the rural community vocational education research.
