Research On The Construction Of Music Community In Secondary Vocational Schools

According to the "opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and improving the aesthetic education in schools in the new era",it is pointed out that at present,school education should aim at improving students’ aesthetic and humanistic qualities and carry forward the spirit of Chinese aesthetic education.Aesthetic education should be gradually incorporated into the whole process of talent cultivation in various schools at all levels.Therefore,how to show the beauty of education has become an important part of realizing the overall development goal of secondary vocational school students reflect.The Ministry of education puts forward the requirements of cultivating students’ comprehensive quality to meet the needs of social development for innovative talents.In secondary vocational school education,art education occupies an important position.By strengthening the artistry of vocational education,students can be influenced by aesthetic education and moral education.This is one of the important reasons why secondary vocational schools set up special music associations.The significance of the construction of music community lies in promoting the development of students’ personal ability,improving the level of students’ social development and promoting the construction of school culture.Therefore,the in-depth study on the construction of music associations in secondary vocational schools is of theoretical significance not only to improve the theoretical system of community management in secondary vocational schools,but also to promote the development of music associations.This paper is divided into five chaptersThe first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,literature review,research methods and technical route.The second part is the theoretical overview of the construction of music community in secondary vocational schools.Based on the theory of comprehensive development,interpersonal relationship theory,cognitive development theory,and on the basis of a comprehensive review of relevant literature on the construction of student music community,this paper focuses on the concept of community,student community and music community,and puts forward the interesting,professional,artistic and ideological characteristics of music community Music community can promote the development of students’ personal ability,improve the level of students’ social development,and promote the construction of school culture.The third part is a case study on the construction of music community in secondary vocational school.Taking NH vocational school as a case,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the construction of music community in the secondary vocational school by using the methods of questionnaire survey and interview.After summarizing and analyzing the survey results,it is found that the main problems existing in the process of music community construction are that the management system of music community is not sound There are some problems in the construction of music associations in vocational schools,such as the lack of guidance and management of music associations in schools,and the lack of support for the basic material conditions for the construction of music associations in secondary vocational schools.The fourth part is the countermeasure research on the construction of music community in NH vocational school,which comprehensively considers some ideas to solve the problems existing in the construction of music community through the innovation of concept,system and mode.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect,which summarizes and prospects the full text.
