In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy ? culture ?education and other fields,the people's demand for education and training is also more exuberant,the education and training market is gradually becoming mature,at the same time,the competition in the education and training industry is also more intense.Teachers are the core competitiveness of educational and training institutions.To build an excellent teacher team in educational and training institutions,a complete teacher performance appraisal system is required.A scientific and reasonable performance appraisal scheme can effectively mobilize teachers' work enthusiasm and subjective initiative,and encourage and guide teachers in training institutions to continuously improve their professional quality and ability,so as to further optimize the structure of teachers and ultimately improve the corporate governance system.The research and exploration of teacher performance appraisal system plays a positive role in promoting the quality and efficiency of education and training,enhancing the competitiveness of education and training institutions,and optimizing the education and training market.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the improvement of performance appraisal scheme of YB international children's English training school.Based on the current research status of teacher performance assessment in education and training institutions and the actual performance assessment situation of YB international children's English training schools,this paper investigates the basic situation of YB international children's English training schools and the current plan of performance assessment,and analyzes the existing problems in the current plan of teacher performance assessment.These include unscientific performance assessment indicators,one-sided and single performance assessment methods,unreasonable performance assessment cycle,imperfect communication and feedback mechanism of performance assessment,and inadequate application of performance assessment results.To solve these problems for YB international juvenile's English training school teacher performance appraisal scheme was improved,has been clear about the YB international children's training school teacher performance appraisal scheme improvement design ideas,principles and purpose,it has improved and designed scientific and comprehensive assessment indicators and weights,multi-subject assessment methods,reasonable assessment cycle,assessment communicationand feedback mechanism,and full application of assessment results,at the same time,put forward the corresponding safeguard measures of performance appraisal.The research in this paper has important practical significance for optimizing the teacher performance appraisal system of YB international children's English training school,motivating and restraining teachers' behaviors,and realizing the fairness and rationality of teacher performance salary payment.It also has certain reference significance for performance appraisal management of other education and training institutions.
